First - the food here is delicious. Run, don’t walk to eat here. The cocktails were also yummy. We went on a Saturday night and the place was super busy. It took about 15 minutes for our reserved table to be ready. Our server Katherine was a breath of fresh air - quickly problem solving for a minor issue. The only thing that bothered me was their two kitchens’ inability to coordinate food coming out - hubby got his cooked first course (I insisted he eat), and was finished long before mine came out - 20 minutes later (yes, I made note of the time). That being said, I would go back 𝒂𝒏𝒚𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆. Everything they served up was innovative and well prepared.

Excellent and unusual dishes. Cocktails are also very good; had the Tongue Tied in Tokyo. Pork noodle bowl was very tasty. I'll definitely be going back!

A great place we stumbled into on a busy Saturday night. I cannot say I'd expect great Asian fusion type food in Plymouth MA, but I was pleasantly surprised at how great everything was.

Drinks were well made and had a nice presentation. We ordered a Seoul Sister and an Emerald City, both were very unique and had us feeling good.

Fried pork and leek dumplings were great as an appetizer. The soy glaze it was served with was a bit too sweet for my liking but the dumplings had such a great and satisfying outer crunch to them.

The Dan Dan noodles and beef ramen were also very good, but I wish they had a bit more of a kick to them. Both were still very flavorful and portion size was generous.

I would definitely return here next time we visit Plymouth!

Absolutely love it here. It is on the pricier side but it’s all worth it and understandable because of the atmosphere, service along with good food and drinks. Our server Molly was great and so helpful. Our cocktails were beautiful and the vegetable fried rice is to die for. Can’t wait to come here again :)

Started with a white lotus 🍸 it was perfect. The fried rice was among the best I have had. The American waygu was excellent. The fried dumplings were good, and so was the octopus sashimi. The service and timing of the food were both excellent.

We were most pleasantly surprised by the food here! Delicious, exiting dishes well prepared. Service was good overall, but sometimes with long waits, including waiting for a paper menu. We also only received five oysters when ordering a half dozen. Atmosphere was tight and noisy inside, but not enough to make it uncomfortable.

I come here about once every six or so months. The food is always incredible. And the quality of service is phenomenal. They have interesting meals and every time I come here is a great experience. I had a situation where an older gentleman came up to me while I was in this restaurant and started threatening me… The staff came right up to me sat me down give my whole party drinks on the house. They assured me that we were indeed welcome here and that they appreciated us coming. The man came at me regarding the fact that I was wearing a hat at a fancy restaurant, however, the staff here assured me that I am always welcome. The lady who came up to us after the altercation was incredibly nice and said that she would expect someone to do it for her. my favorite meals here are the Wagyu beef sushi, the mushroom dumplings, and the noodles with truffle mushrooms… So good

Servers and staff were amazingly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The food was wonderfully prepared. We had farmer's cheese dumplings which were soft but not overcooked in a decadent cheese sauce with just the perfect seasoning and added texture of apples and nuts for a shared appetizer. My entree (halibut) was cooked to perfection in the lightest and most flavorful curry sauce with lemongrass and coconut. Other entrees (fried rice and scallops) were equally delicious. The mocktails and alcohol selection were lovely. Our server was so attentive and personable without making us feel rushed. Would recommend Salt in a heartbeat and will definitely return soon. I want to try the whole menu!

This food at Salt INSANELY delicious. Coupled with large portion sizes, I was not prepared for how amazing it would be.

Also, the mixology here is on point. Ghost tequila espresso martinis? I’ll take 3!

Make sure you visit this place with a reservation in hand. You won’t be disappointed.

We stumbled across this hidden gem next door to our VRBO and were delighted by the service and cuisine. Bailey was a terrific waitress, oysters were delicious and the tuna tostada sported red and black caviar.

Salt is a delightful Fusion of Asian and New England cuisine. Scallops, lobster, tuna and tobiko in a tostada, hamachi sashimi, farmer cheese dumplings, pork and chive dumplings, fried cauliflower, seafood fried rice... It was a really rich variety of flavor combinations, dishes, and origins. Oh, and it was really really really good. Superb, actually! We've been back 6 more times with friends, it keeps exceeding expectations!

An elegant fine dining choice in Downtown Plymouth. Located opposite the East Bay Grill, Salt has a lovely Patio that overlooks Plymout Harbor. Very attentive staff, and well thought out dishes makes this an elevated dining experience. Portions are not huge, but the tastes and flavors of dishes are very well balanced and oftentimes complex. A lovely spot for an afternoon cocktail and light lunch !

Our waitress Jacleene was highly energetic and recommended the best dishes and drink choices. We ended up staying much longer than expected because we wanted to try so much! We got 2 rounds of drinks, oysters, pork buns, the pork ramen, salmon poke bowl, fish tacos and the dan dan noodles. Everything was delicious and we will be returning!

Been here twice. Both times it was a wonderful date night spot with eclectic choices, amazing drinks, and delightful desserts. The sashimi choices are lovely, my husband LOVED the pork buns, and for a drink? Have to have The Fig is Up! Will be back again and again. Was really happy tonight that I got to tell the chef what a wonderful spot this is, and how amazing his food is!

Salt has become one of my favorite restaurants in Plymouth! Some highlights are the maki Mondays, sesame noodles and the pork steam buns! Definitely worth a stop in.

Very unique restaurant. Part tapas style with Asian fusion with a little New England sea food mixed in.

Everything was delicious and presented beautiful. Salmon Poke was amazing and we finished off with the ice cream sandwich

We had a bachelorette dinner at Salt and their team was so wonderful to coordinate with. Specifically manager Brianna who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, including printing personalized menus for us and bringing us treats to share at the end of our meal. The bride absolutely loved every second of it. Truly excellent service by our server (also named Brianna, ha!). We had the most fun and delicious dinner. Highly recommend going with a group and coordinating with the team in advance to make it special!! Thank you Salt!!!!!

Went in to have lunch and some drinks. The new GM is amazing and very friendly. The staff was amazing as well. Could not say anything bad about the food, and the bartender is a true mixologist who made amazing tasting beverages for me and my party. Can not wait to try them again.
