From the moment we called to get some information- Missy went above and beyond to help me.

She and the guys even went next door to find what we were looking for which was out of season.

We needed Adirondack chairs in the middle of winter! No one had them- not Lowe’s, nor Home Depot - can I mention both stores barely picked up the phone to even tell us that?!

When you call Ace, Missy picks up! She’s as helpful and pleasant as can be.

We look forward to returning to this family owned store with super service!

As new people to the neighborhood, it will be wonderful to have a go-to place with reliable peeps!

I went to Walmart to have my car battery replaced. They lost the two metric nuts that hold down the battery. I searched Lowes and Home Depot but they didn’t have the correct size. I tried Sholes on the off chance that a small hardware store would have them. They DID!! And at 25 cents each… A LOT cheaper than Lowes and Home Depot would have charged!! Sholes is now my go-to place for hardware!

I want to thank Coventry Ace for delivering, setting up and carrying the XL Big Green Egg up the stairs onto the deck. Great customer service.

Friday evening, the crew had it together. I was greeted. I was offered help finding the item and same young man followed up to see if I found what I wanted. This is my 3rd time to this store. I use their website to check inventory before I go. Next visit, paint samples for kitchen. Good location.

We bought a new snow shovel and I couldn’t be happier. Today’s storm will prove a challenge, already effortlessly cleared the driveway and walkway. The ergonomic design proved to be a pleasure to use.
The staff was helpful in highlighting the benefits of this shovel. We use Sholes frequently because of the staff and well stocked store.

Good prices, great staff, vast selection. They tend to have hard-to-find products that the big box stores lack. Ideal place to shop if you prefer to support local mom-and-pop stores.

It amazes me how much of an awesome selection the store has. They seem to have everything you need and it is so much more convenient than going to the big box store. The people in the store are super helpful and knowledgeable and care about their job in what they do. There's always tons of parking and it's an easy in and out.

What a wonderful experience! The store is clean, bright, organized, and stocked with a large variety of products. The staff greeted me upon entering, offered assistances, and was quite knowledgeable. They had everything I needed and more. I’ll definitely be back!

The people behind the counter are very helpful one employee named Rob was happy to make my key and made sure that it was right before I left.

It’s pretty well stocked for an Ace Hardware. And the people know where everything is and are helpful so, way faster than the homeless death spot (Home Depot).

So far everytime I go there they have what I need and it saves me a trip to the depot, staff is nice and try to be helpful.

Is very well stocked store. Employees are nice helpful and know what they are selling.
