J.C.Penny: a coworker took me to one of their registers and helped me so I can pay my bill. I really appreciate it. They were very respectful and very helpful. I thank God for people like them. Because I am disabled and can't stand or sit for a while.

Cool spot ...didn't know it was still open at the inland center...but found some great deals in the clearance rack for my son couldn't complain. Just fyi security jumped out the aisle at Me lol so if you decide to steal anything just know they are watching hahaha..

Writing to recognize Nohim in the salon. My elderly mother doesn't do much with her hair but with an upcoming wedding decided to treat herself. My mother has curly hair, it was dry and she looked like a whole new woman!! My mom has been receiving so many compliments on her hair and she has been bragging about Nohim! On behalf of her daughter...THANK YOU NOHIM!!!!

Good deals and I got a full suit for my event. I am pleased.

It is a beautiful store, there are really nice employees, and there is a variety of items, both regular price and on sale!

JCPenney's is a great store that has a good selection of brands and styles that I love ( Liz Claiborne, Worthington and St. John's Bay, ANA)Also they offer a beautiful selection of fine jewelry & watches along with household goods. It's my all in one shop and I visit as often as I can and did I mention the huge clearance sales they are always having, so worth the trip if you go.

JCPenney has great sales right now on cast iron pans they're preseason and also a lot of clothes right now to help you get your kids ready for school and JCPenney salon also has a special if you buy a backpack is a card inside the backpack that allows your children to get a $12 haircut ask for Stacy at the salon inside tell him that Christian send you

I like Penny's, I also use it as a short cut to Lens Crafters.

Alysha was great! I wasn't able to put that on survey so I wanted to mention it here. Our Penney's closed so I ran in here while in town &grabbed some gold toes for my hubby & thankfully found a cute shirt on clearance on my way out. I was super thankful for Alysha. Friendly, knowledgeable & great customer service!

I love JCP for its big and tall department.

I went into Penney's to buy some dress pants but they didn't have my size so the girl at the register helped me order them online and I was able to get them a lot cheaper than if I'd bought them there. The girl was very helpful. She deserves 5 stars.

I have never seen a "modern" JCP! This store is very nice and I wish all JCPs were designed like this! The store itself, the fitting rooms, and the restrooms all had a nice modern department store feel. The store is quite large as well. I wish this was my local store.

Went to the salon got a haircut from Jacquline...great haircut and great service as always... one of the best stylists there.. she takes care of my hair and my whole family..always friendly and with a smile.

Great store with wonderful staff and terrific merchandise! Have always loved the selection of clothing, at least for men. Penny's is the last of the classic department stores! Patronize them and help them stay in business if you can!

Today was my first visit to the JCPENNEY salon ever and it was amazing. I was helped by a a woman with a beautiful spirit named Jacklyn. Ms Jacklyn did an amazing job on my hair and I couldn't be more happy. I will definitely continue to visit this salon for my hair care needs.

Well organized and good prices for back to school clothing for girls.

My mom and I came to this store looking to purchase a mattress set after visiting three other places, Felicia was so kind and helpful! She took the extra time to help us figure out the best deal for us....very thankful to have had her help!

There is a lady by the name of Alyssa thar works in the Jewelry department she has wonderful customer services skills. We explained to her that we are looking to buy our 5 girls a gift she helped us out and gave us some options to choose from.
On top of that she forgot to apply our coupon she called us and apologize for this and said that she corrected the situation.
Thank you very much Alyssa because of you i will be shopping there more often.
