This store is HUGE! Please provide carts for customers! With the huge selection we need them! Great Plus size selection. Definitely cute shoes and outfits. They really have a lot! Nice male section too. Lots on sale. I got 1 shirt for $1.00! The store is orderly but the clear plastic shields at the counter are unnecessarily placed. They make it cumbersome to connect with the cashiers. Thank you!

Loved their after Xmas sale! Buy 1 get the 2nd for free. The clothes are really fashionable... for men, teens, and women sizes too!!

This store was awesome.
We all had a blast looking at all the different clothes and jewelry.
We were looking for prom dresses and heels. Great selection at the time.
I purchased an item blindly with out looking at the box thoroughly, when we got home it was open and used, they refunded it with no questions ask.. and were super friendly during each visit.
Clean store and busy during prom season.
Will frequent often!

Forever 21 always has good deals. I went in with less than 100 to spend and when i walked oht i had spent 60 on items that regularly priced would have set me back at least 150. It also wasnt as packed as i thought it would be- for black friday at least. So i was able to shop comfortably without the whole crazy mob that is typical of black Friday.

Great prices! But you get what you pay for here when it comes to the quality of the clothing and accessories.

•Downfall is that the store is very hard to navigate but you get used to it.

•BEWARE• UPSTAIRS IT SAYS $10.00 & UNDER IS NOT ACTUALLY THE ENTIRE SECOND FLOOR!!•

•••“$10.00 and Under located on the second level” —- That doesn’t mean the entire second level is $10 dollars and under! That just means that they have a small selection upstairs that you can find items for $10.00 and under... •••
(Made that mistake on Christmas Eve when they were having their Christmas sale going on for 30% off everything in the entire store and I grabbed like $200 worth of clothes from the second floor and when I was checking out and my total came to $500 dollars they then explained that it’s not the entire 2nd floor that’s $10.00 and under although that’s exactly what the signs say everywhere, but that it’s just one small section up their thats $10 and under. So needless to say I made them put all that stuff back.

I accompanied my daughter's & they both were happy to find what they were looking for. I was happy with the speedy check out. Employees were helpful.

This location has the largest selection of men’s clothing of all the forever 21’s I’ve ever been. Staff is great! Thank you forever 21 for making my son’s birthday gifts a hit!

Stylish modern clothes sizes 0-plus sizes and have nice shoes handbags and custom jewerly I recommend getting out and visit browse around or buy! Enjoyable 😎

Love this store, this one actually has a men's section big enough to even experience the different styles of men department.

Customer service was good. The lady at the register has a cute bubbly personality. I enjoy shopping here

They were pretty fast, line was long but expected because of Christmas shoppers but still fast and polite
