The Old Spaghetti Factory

I've never been to Old Spaghetti Factory, I meant, I live nearby but never tried the restaurant before.

So today, for our dinner, we had our first time eating dinner at The Old Spaghetti Factory located in Redlands. We ordered Chicken Parmegian, Fettuccine, Spaghetti with marinara sauce, and garlic bread.

My son finished the garlic bread, and he liked it so much that he didn't have space to eat his spaghetti. My daughter liked her fettuccine (my daughter is a picky eater, but I was surprised she liked the food).

Good food
Good service (very attentive)
Good atmosphere
Reasonable price

But the host that seated us needed to smile more (looks unhappy with her job). And her tone when I approached her was so unfriendly about the table being ready for us.

I still recommend this place to friends and family. Also, I will be coming back for another dinner time with my kids in the future.

If you want classic italian pasta well-made, then come to the old spaghetti factory. Their menus are simple not like some restaurants that have 4 pages....just for appetizers.

The vibe was awesome, per usual as other spaghetti factory restaurants. But if you haven't been into one, it has the class, vibrant and elegant feel to it.

The staff also we're great. This location ranks up there to other old spaghetti restaurants I've been too 🙌🏽

This place is a gem. The food was priced reasonably and there were some great deals! The italian cream soda came with complimentary glasses which was so cool! The pasta meals come with a little bowl of soup and ice cream. Our server, Melissa, I think was her name, was fantastic! Absolutely sweet and very warming. The hospitality from servers were top notch. This place is definitely a 10/10.

Visited today, and it was delicious! We were the first customers of the day, so it was empty, but soon, people started showing up. Their combos are delicious! The staff was really nice, everything was really clean. Definitely recommend.

This place I love coming to. So far we have not had a bad experience. The food is good and the waiter was perfect. She stopped by everything we needed her. Staff was really nice and accommodating to my daughters birthday.

My husband and I go here 2-3 x’s a month. We have always ordered the Crab Ravioli, we just found out they now have added lobster with the crab, we can't wait to try it. The other dish we order is the Managers Special Spaghetti with the mushrooms and bacon sauce, it's so tasty. We alternate between those two dishes . We have found we can easily split the meal between us both since you receive salad and bread. We then top it all off with ice cream after our meal.

I always loved this restaurant for the holidays. Always such a nice setup inside. Nice warm and cozy vibes. They have the four course meal as the main part of the menu. Which is perfection! You get everything you need in one order. The quality of the food is delicious. They were a bit understaffed but still very friendly. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place for a family dinner or date night. They do serve wine and craft beers here. Which is a huge plus. Always.

The spaghetti is really good also enjoy the bread ... food takes time to make it to the table place is typically packed

I went to the Spaghetti Factory for the first time for a birthday and I WAS BLOWN AWAY!! How have I never been here??? The food was so delicious and amazing!! The server was also super nice and the establishment was very clean! I had an overall great experience. I will definitely be coming back soon and trying more items off the menu.

Update, the food was really very good today. I once again had the meat feast. It consists of one Italian sausage and two meatballs served with spaghetti and meat sauce. The last time I was here I was convinced it had no flavor but this time it was really good so I think my taste was off that day. Anyway your meal comes with soup or salad and they bring you a nice loaf of sourdough bread as well. Our waiter was Jake and he was fantastic. Super friendly and helpful. He is also the bar tender. So if you get Jake as your waiter or bar tender, you will enjoy the service.

Went there for lunch with the wife and it was great! I highly recommend this restaurant. Food was delicious and the service was excellent. The inside of the restaurant was extraordinary. With the old retro style trolly sitting in the middle almost made me feel like I was outside, in san Francisco.

Wonderful experience dining here, wonderful atmosphere and beautiful decor. My daughter absolutely loved it. Can’t wait to bring the rest of my family here. The food was delicious and the orange cream soda was very yummy! We got to eat inside a trolley which was awesome!

Amazing service and a very good atmosphere. They actually have a trolley car you can find in too. Great price for a three course dinner. You get a bread, a salad, an entree and a scoop of ice cream all for one price. Definitely a great deal and the kids love it too!

The Old Spaghetti Factory is one of our long time favorites. I'm a creature of habit and always get the same thing. 20buears ago I had the Mazithra and have never tried anything else. Why? Browned butter over the pasta with the wonderful Mazithra cheese...sourdough bread, salad and spumoni ice cream included... you cannot go wrong.

Service is always good.

OSF has been my favorite restaurant chain since I was a kid. Redlands location has become a staple for our Sabbath lunch too. Thank you Redlands team for hosting our last minute group as we were seeking a good meal before a funeral. Everything came out quickly with friendly service and much patience. Bread, salads, drinks and pasta were all great. Hoping to be back soon.

The food was hot, just the right temperature. Perfectly cooked and their bread was my favorite. It was a delicious meal.
