Came in looking for a backsplash for my kitchen and was greeted by Ashley. I described my kitchen to her and didn't have samples of anything in tow. She knew immediately what I was going for after she showed me two other options. It was an item that wasn't even in stock yet, she just had ordered it. She made every step of the way absolutely easy and stress free. I would absolutely recommend going here again for any tile needs!

The staff were way more helpful than any big box stores ever could be. They helped with my design, selecting the right materials, helped me sort through stone tiles, and even helped bring it out to load my car. I did have to return some product (grout) for not giving me the right color, and they did everything they could to make it right. In the end I was very pleased with how my stone hearth turned out. I would definitely return for my next tile project.

Professional courteous and do not do hard sales do not try to push sales on anyone highly recommended wide variety excellent selection most stop will be delivered within one week if not already in stock! I'm a general contractor and I use them I've never been happier I've dealt with a lot of tile companies neverlake The tile shop!

I purchased two bathrooms worth of tile here. The salespeople we’re fabulous- Derek and CJ. I was referred to Francis Hernandez for the install and he was fantastic! Respectful, kind, delivered on time and did beautiful work. I would certainly hire him again and urge others to do so.
