Bear Springs Bistro & Lounge

I’ve enjoyed fantastic food and had numerous great experiences at this hidden gem 💎 Just went again last night with friends, my salmon was excellent and we all loved our cocktails. Friends loved their dishes, one had the pork chop which she said was amazing, the other enjoyed her shrimp & scallops entree. Highly recommend this spot for a great night out. Ohhhh ! And their loaded yucca chips are divine! Their Sunday brunch is excellent too !

This place is a hidden gem! My 1st time there and I was very much pleased with the service, atmosphere , food and drinks! Great presentation of food and drink. Robin our server was very sweet and enjoyable to talk to. I definitely will be going back! ❤

It's located inside the Bear Spring hotel with a big parking lot. It also provides free charge for EV while we dine or stay at the hotel. I went to this place a few times and decided to write a review since they're able to maintain the good quality of food. I always ordered Jumpo Shrimp and Scallop with rice. It's my favorite dish. Reasonable price with high quality of foods. The beer is overpriced ($9/beer). They have a special desert that I ordered but forgot to take a picture of. It's espresso cream brulee. I will add that picture when I come back next time. You can redeem your reward points from Yaamava Casino, which is Serrano Club, to pay for the food.

This seemingly off the radar bistro located inside the hotel offers a variety of food that would surely satisfy any appetite

The appetizers and the main entree dishes offers guests a fine dining experience that one would expect in a stand alone restaurant.

I ordered the 10oz petite fillet. It was delicious and extremely flavorful. The dish came with mashed potatoes, asparagus, and carrots, all which, were equally tasty. Also offered are dishes such as; seabass and ribeye along with a host of others.

My server/bartender, Don was great. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and even recommended some customer favorites. His personality and friendly disposition was very much appreciated.

The bistro closes at 9pm but the bar area is open until 10pm. And for those late night cravings, 24-hour room service is available offering a full menu.

The hotel room accommodations are also worthy of laud and praise. I stayed in a junior suite, which, I found very spacious. It had a modern decor design with an upscale vibe.

A rotating 48 inch TV screen sits in the center of the room allowing guests to view it from their bed or the sitting area. A portable tablet allows guests to surf the internet while accessing other services.

The hotel is very clean and the support staff is extremely accommodating. The checkin & out procedure is very smooth, quick and efficient.

The hotel offers a 24-hour courtesy shuttle to and from the Yaamava Casino, which, is only a short 10 minute ride.

The close proximity of the casino coupled with the courtesy shuttle, the bistro and the hotel made for a wonderful stay.

I wanted to eat here because it was inside the hotel, and I was curious about the menu. The inside is beautiful and unique with the soft, comfortable bench seats. The menu was delicious and interesting and the prices were Fair and affordable. The waiter was very professional and courteous. The food was extremely delicious. I enjoyed eating there.

Great little gem in the Inland Empire where good food is hard to find. The cocktails are wonderful and food has always been great. My husband and I recently had lunch on the patio. He had the BBQ bourbon apple bacon burger and I had a house salad with southwest flatbread. We also had the loaded yucca chips which are a great starter.

Surprise of the year for us. Not at all what we were expecting. Much more classy, homely and pleasant. I don't know why we were thinking otherwise. Perhaps, memories of old hotels associated with new casinos. Bear Springs was a delight. Definitely won't hesitate the next time.

The Bistro is my favorite restaurant in the IE. The staff is so warm and friendly and makes you feel like family! Waitstaff Chip, Liz, Athena, Justice and Olena are amazing! I can honestly say I have never had a bad service here. Don and Robin and Paul make the most beautiful drinks! Andrew the manager and Chef Kyle with his inspired menus are doing AMAZING things here!! Try the rib eye, the berry burratta salad, the steak and eggs, the ahi appetizer, stuffed chicken thighs, the blue berry cheesecake or the house salad with ahi! You will NOT be disappointed. Just take a look at the photos! It’s a great place to bring friends, family or clients! Tell them Ms. Ross sent you!

My friend and I went to this little bistro. I had never heard of it, but what a delightful surprise! This bistro is inside the Bear Springs lodge and what a sweet find. The outdoor dining comes complete with COVID specific safety and delicious food. We were entertained by hummingbirds. The staff couldn’t have been more attentive. The food was superb! Candra made this beautiful fruit plate to order.

I went with my family on Wednesday for the first time and not only was the environment great but the service also, because of Robin and Fantasia! They were so nice and always came out to make sure we were enjoying our time there. Robin expedited us sitting down as the hostess was busy and made sure our drinks was what we wanted and Fantasia made sure out food was good and was literally there the second we needed anything. I really appreciate these ladies and welcoming us and making sure we were good!

Enjoyed the food, drinks and the atmosphere. Loved elleann blue, she sang so beautifully. Will definitely be back to see her and the delicious food 😁

We’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and finally made it there for dinner and a drink. The restaurant is small, with a few tables, but very cozy and nice. Service was great. Food was delicious. We enjoyed their stuffed chicken breast and salmon, and were both very pleased with our meals. We will definitely return.

this place is excellent!! Robin and Fantasia literally was heaven sent!! My dad came all the way from Wisconsin and he's a chef and he was even pleased with the food. Robin and Fantasia always made sure we were good even though we requested to be outside and they could've easily forgotten us. Not only did they always check on us but made sure that we came back and told us about jazz night on Friday's and Saturday's they are a God send!!

What a gem we found ❤the food and service is what you would expect in a fancy hotel in LA. So save the trip to Palm Springs or LA and get you cocktails and craft at t Bistro.

Starting with their Breakfast. You Really Can't go wrong with anything, but Do Consider the Chicken and Biscuits. OMG! It's past 10pm, and I just dumped Thousands of Dollars in the Casino, but I'm all of a sudden craving breakfast! Try my Favourite House Made Honey Yogurt! It IS To Die For!
Frankly, it's an Impossibility to make a Bad Decision in this Awesome Restaurant!
You would think you were in a Sushi Restaurant in the heart of Beverly Hills IF you try their Magnificent Lobster Roll. I've Never had bread sooo soft and Lobster so tasty! Heck, I may just order one right now. Incidentally the restaurant is open from 6am till 10pm, but enjoy it before midnight in the Adjacent Bar, which features the Most Comfortable Chairs and Couches imaginable (I've Actually fallen asleep on them). If you miss the cut off at the bar, don't fret. You may order from the luxury and comfort of Your Own Room, as there is a Chef on Duty 24/7!!

Honestly, I would consider moving the 100 miles or so, Just to enjoy the Deliciousness that comes out of the Bear Springs Bistro Kitchen, Never Mind the Unparalleled Service provided by Laura And Her Marvelous Staff!! Do Make your way here As Soon As You Can, otherwise I just may eat Everything here Myself.

2/21/19. So I gave Room Service a Try for the first time today. I'll let the pics tell the story, but thanks to Nicole B for delivering some magic directly to the comfort of my room. And I lovr Bear Springs Bistro EVEN MORE! Which wasn't a possibility.

Creme brulee whiskey sours, 14oz ribeye cooked mid rear, crispy brussel sprouts, chicken lollipops, seared salmon, and Yukon chips. Everything was delicious and prepared very nice. Staff was courteous and prompt, the bartender Don knows his stuff! Definitely recommend for a fine dining experience in the I.E.

My wife and I have been here multiple times. We have brought friends and family here. The food is delicious and the service is very courteous. Great for a romantic meal or a comfortable chat. Works well for business meetings.

I can’t sing their praises enough. I live in LA home of some of the best eats & drinks), & I’ll be making the trek back here no doubt. My server Elena was a DOLL - so attentive, knowledgeable, & went above & beyond to cater to my requests & questions. I’m a seafood snob, & I was floored by the quality & attention to detail found on my plate & palette. Impeccable. The Brussels sprouts were to die for, I swapped salmon for the halibut in the halibut/scallop dish 😍, & finished with the mouse cake (with an added icecream scoop). These alongside a Justin Cab glass & Hibernation bourbon drink (which was perfectly balanced) would lead to me to give this place 6 stars if I could. Don’t let the hotel location fool ya!
