Block CrossFit

Been doing Crossfit for years and been to numerous gyms for drop in while traveling. This gym is top notch and epitomizes a well run CrossFit gym: huge space, abundant equipment and rig space, CLEAN, attentive and passionate owner, vibrant community, and open gym space! I can’t speak for their programming or coaching as I dropped in and used open gym but I would bet it’s quality. Highly recommend for membership and drop in. I will be back when returning for work 💪.

I spent a week traveling from Georgia to here, dropping in at a few crossfit gyms along the way, and this was by far my favorite!! The coaches were super welcoming, it was very spacious, and I love that it's right next to the Orange Blossom Bike trail in Redlands. On top of that there are lots of class time options available, even on Sundays. I really wish I could've stayed for longer, but I'm happy I found where to go whenever I'm in town!!

I was in the area for a couple of months and I was looking for a place to train at while on the road. I was brand new to CrossFit and this box was the perfect place to start my CrossFit Journey! The coaches were super welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable! The members were just as welcoming and helpful! The box is super clean and organized! The workouts are top notch! I would not hesitate to join this box, even if you’re a CrossFit newbie like myself! I already miss this place and the people. Thank you Block for an amazing start to my CrossFit journey! Namaste 🙏🏽

It has been 1 year since my first WOD at Block and my life is forever changed for the better. I always loved watching Crossfit but was too scared and intimidated to actually go in for a class. A year ago I got up the nerve to call Block and Joe answered the phone. I ended up dropping in for a class and just never stopped going. Block is now my 2nd home and my fitness has never been better.

I am 48 years old and spent the better part of the last 30 years living a sedentary lifestyle and eating a poor diet. Ever since finding Block and meeting Joe, along with all the great coaches and fantastic members, my fitness and my life have changed their trajectory. I was obese and my cardio was zero. I have lost 50lb of fat and put on 10lbs of muscle over the last year and my cardio is great. If you are thinking about Crossfit, don't wait another day, call and drop in for a class. Just show up and your life will change.

The facilities are great. The coaches are great. The programming is great. The members are great. The community is great. Thank you to all the coaches, Joe, Brian, Marvel, Brad, Kelly, Troy, and Rich.

Hands down one of the coolest boxes we've dropped in at. Came into town for the weekend from AZ and decided to check them out. There's absolutely nothing bad I can say about it.. From the coaching to the programming.... or facility to its members.. everything about Block was welcoming and accommodating. I would 100% recommend dropping in if you're in the area.. or even going out of your way if you're not.. it really is that good. Thanks for the good times y'all.. We'll catch ya on the next trip out here!!

Block is an amazing affiliate! Such a wonderful community, caring coaches and friendly people. CrossFit has been life changing for me and my husband and we owe it all to Block! There is no business in town that I would more strongly recommend, Block is the best. 💚

Great Place! Great People! My wife and I were drop in guests for a week as we were traveling to visit our son. We were treated like valued members and had great workouts every day. Joe and his coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The equipment is top quality and the gym is very clean and well-organized. If I lived in the area, this would be my gym.

I dropped in for some classes while in Redlands for a weekend. The facility is very nice and the workouts are challenging but fun. Coach Joe and the 6am class were very welcoming and friendly as well! I will make sure to return every time I’m back in the area. Thanks y’all!

My colleagues and I were in town from Denver for a few days and stopped in to blast a workout at BLOCKCF. This place is pretty awesome. Huge space with lots of airflow and top notch Rogue equipment. The owner Joe was there and he is a cool guy. Great workout and really cool clientele.... We'll make it a visit every time we come out now.

This place is awesome. This was my first time doing crossfit and everyone was super welcoming, the coaches helped me get started and helped me learn all the moves and proper form. Glad I came here.
