Centennial Airport (KAPA)

Had a wonderful lunch at The Perfect Landing Restaurant. The food was excellent! I had the best BLT Wedge Salad ever! Everyone else got the French dip. The service was spot on. The atmosphere was perfect! They have live piano music and you can watch planes takeoff and land. It's the perfect landing!

An awesome and busy GA airport. TAC Air and Signature on the ramp. Restaurant onsite and a pilot shop. Awesome ATC in the tower. I love flight training here.
For those complaining about noise... the airport has been around since the 60s; many apartment complexes are new. If you want to make a complaint go to their website and there is a form to fill out. Using Google maps isn't really the place to complain... It's an airport. A BUSY airport, of course there is noise.

Accessibility: steps on the side doors of the buildings but accessible by the front doors.
Parking: many lots in front of each building and accessible spots available!
Restrooms: within the buildings
Animals: yep and leashed dogs
Kid Friendly: yes, however, always keep on eye on children while on the tarmac/ramp

I fly in and out of Centennial, and sometimes just drive in and watch all the action. Great place, and great restaurant upstairs.

Been flying out of here for a while and it's one of the busier GA airports, but there are good services

I work here and hangar my plane here. The people who complain about the noise really don't seem to understand how many jobs and lives would be affected if they had their way and shut it down. Not to mention the economic impact with how much revenue it generates. You live by an airport then you're going to hear planes, what's not to get?

I was there for my grandsons birthday with my family, not happy he is a year older cause it means I am a year older. The breakfast was wonderful, great service and so much fun to watch the planes take off and land. I highly recommend it. Thank you

Cool place to stage for a flight through the Rockies. You can rent planes and get instruction in a one of a kind 325hp Bonanza, at Das Aviation, Talk to Sankar tell him Javelina sent you and have the ride of your life through the beautiful Rockies in a fast Bonanza! For under $250 bucks an hour. And you get to handle the controls!

The employees were polite and the airport is well kept.

I enjoy flying into Centennial. Out of the 20 or 30 times I have been there, I have never been vectored around to more than 1 other plane in front of me.

They do operate parallel runways, so use caution. I definitely have backup guidance set for the approach, even when flying it visuallym

I fly in and out on business and it is a good airport. The restaurant they have there is nice to have after a flight.

I recommend Duncan Aviation for many aircraft services!

Centennial Airport Museum was a great place to take a 7 & 4 year old. There are interactive displays for their age group and more for older kids. The docent was interesting and knowledgeable. We went on a Monday and it was not crowded.

Great airport! Massage room! Restaurant! Executive terminal! Love it! Easy get around. Very clean!

This airport is the backbone of local business and is an amazing amenity for a growing city.

Had a great time really enjoyed ourselves the lines were a little long but it was good

Used this airport as my home base during flight training with an FBO here. Ground and tower were always super accommodating for all the student/low hour pilots coming in and out. Plenty of services at the airport for planes. There is a testing center as well for the written exams which was very useful. If you fly here frequently you’ll most likely see some military coming in and out. F-18s and Apaches were some I saw in my years here.

Fantastic airport! Tower treats the Skyhawk and Warrior just like the Lear jet and other large jets that frequent this airport. Great facilities and friendly staff. Great little pilot shop that sells everything you could need on a stop.
