Basin Appliance and Floor Coverings

I ordered laminate flooring from Basin and they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all my questions and facilitated the delivery of the items to my property. They went so far as to spread the delivery between all of the rooms where I would be using the flooring, so I wouldn't have to carry it around.

We bought a speed queen dryer from them three years ago, best dryer purchase ever!! It holds more , drys faster and is quieter than my other dryer with never a days trouble. This week we bought a whirlpool dish washer. Better price than lowes and wow quite. My wife is in love with the third rack. The best part is every time I come in they remember who I am and have a lot of good advise. If they don’t know the answer to a question they will find out. I have always been treated fair. Will be buying from them again.

Awesome to work with! Flooring was installed really early on the project, but they came back multiple times at our request to fix small items. They even cleaned main trackways in the floors because the carpet really got tracked down by contractors. I highly recommend Basin Appliance! Great customer service.

I run a mens recovery home in Roosevelt. We have many different needs to keep our program running smoothly. One very important need is our laundry equipment. We have had some challenges recently with faulty equipment and after calling basin appliance to come look at the problem we’re back in action. The fix was a simple but without hesitation the appliance guy fixed a couple other potential problems for the future. He was very speedy and took little time fixing our machine. When he let himself out you couldn’t even tell he had been there. Great work basin appliance repair guy.

Basin Appliance moved Heaven and earth to help me meet a crazy deadline to close on our home. Not only did they adjust the scheduling and work long days but the floor installation which was very tricky was done maticulously and beautifully. We have used Basin Appliance for many purchases and have always been happy with products! They also do seamless rain gutters and repair of old rain gutters. Very reasonable price and knowledgeable on what we needed and didn’t need. I like that they did try to sell us something we didn’t need! Great to work with!

I wanted to thank the Foley boys and their team for another round of great service. I bought a set of Maytag front-loader’s from them ten years ago and they were finally on their way out so it was time to procure a new set of washing & drying utensils. My first and only stop was back to Basin Appliance to see what the latest offerings were and my wife and I were pleasantly surprised with what we found. Flynn, which I have known literally my whole life, was our salesman and he did a fantastic job! I had my mind set on what I thought would be the best and he ended up showing us a set that we had never even considered, but after several loads of laundry we are extremely happy! I have always supported local businesses for the majority of my purchases because you know who you are dealing with and you know if there is a problem you can personally go back to them and not be treated like you’re just another number, which many times you are, when shopping in the city or at a large chain-type establishment. I was a visitor in town doing a remodel and so glad I found this gem. Big box stores don’t have service and prices like this. If you’re in the market for appliances, flooring or countertops.
