WOW!! Found a pair of work boots that I wanted. Searched for them and found Basin Sports. I'm very glad that I did. Not only did they have the best price around. ($100 less than anywhere else) but the customer service is amazing. I ordered on a Thursday afternoon and received them on Monday. Thanks Basin Sports y'all have a customer for life!

These guys are great. I bought set of vortex binoculars 2 years ago and they broke while hunting elk on Thanksgiving. I went in the following day and they swapped me out right then and there no questions asked. Definitely saved our hunt. Will continue to use them exclusively from here on out. There prices are also better than Sportsmans

Went in to look for a Christmas present for my self. Had a nice selection of handguns. Very knowledgeable staff. I forget his name (so sorry) but after letting me look at a few the staff member ended up recommending the Glock G45. And it has been a perfect fit both for myself and my hands. I spent the last couple of days looking for reloading components for my late season elk hunt next month. Gave these guys a call and Ryan helped me out. They had two boxes left of the Berger bullets that I was looking for and Ryan got me all setup and shipped them out today. He even sent me some pictures to show it was the correct item (I was skeptical, because no one has them!) Excellent customer service! Strongly recommend doing business with this company.

My favorite sporting goods store . . . anywhere . . . based on product selection, fair pricing and excellent customer service. I've made several purchases over the years and the staff is very knowledgeable and really contributes the "human touch" to each transaction. Just yesterday Ben and Shim assisted me and when a minor mistake was discovered, they went out of their way to rectify. This sort of customer services is rarely seen anymore which is why people like me are drawn to stores like this. I can see why these guys are successful and I can see myself coming back again many times in the future. Basin Sports offers more than just sporting gear, they offer a positive experience.

They have so many different items. I had no idea. The gentleman that helped us was very informative. He answered all our questions and, the oddball questions, he did everything he could to find the answers, instead of blowing us off as some might do. I was very impressed with the store merchandise, fair prices and friendly employees. We were greeted as we were entering the store. Definitely recommend for all your sporting needs as well as clothing . We bought some great thermals and gloves for the upcoming winter weather.
