Microtel by Wyndham Vernal / Naples

Stay was great! Clean rooms, friendly service!
A little ways away from the heart of town but still near a gas station for convenience.
Internet was weak, but available.
Staff were nice and accommodations were made and met with kind smiling faces!!
Needing more towels, toothpaste ect.
No out side noise from highway.
Comfy beds did I mention the room was
WAY CLEAN!
Kids lived the pool and hot tub!
And easy self service breakfast!

Very clean and comfortable, large rooms with microwave/fridge, coffee. Hanging closet, several drawers and lots of electric outlets. Conveniently located and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was good but no microwave in the dinning area... so if you want oatmeal you have to take it to your room 😏. A good variety of other items from pancakes and waffles, yogurt, fruit, granola bars and cereal..3 different juices, coffee/teas muffins, bagels...etc. Pool and Hot Tub with a small workout area. Very comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Wyndham Microtel while travelling for vacation recently, and we had an excellent experience.

First, it was a sweltering hot day and the hotel had cold drinks and water on ice waiting in the lobby, along with snacks like granola bars and cookies. They even had some sugar-free options like SF Gatorade, which was extremely welcome after a seven hour motorcycle ride across Colorado.

The staff was friendly and engaging, and they even recommended where we should park so our bikes would be visible from the room. The room itself was clean and orderly, comfy beds and all the hot water you could ask for in the tub/shower.

Did I mention there was a TUB? We had stayed the previous night at a very upscale hotel in Estes Park, CO, and there was no tub in that room.

Lastly, we forgot our overnight bag when we left. The hotel staff secured it while we made arrangements to have a local friend ship it back, and it arrived intact and with nothing missing. Above and beyond.

Front desk was so nice. Good hot tub. Good value! Breakfast wasn’t bad! The mini pancakes were a hit. Would stay here again.

Stayed here along our route. Clean quiet hotel, nice pool and spa. Breakfast was decent. Staff friendly and quick to get us checked in.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was great. No problems of any sort, except the elevator had a major issue and was not working. They needed a specialist to replace all the pistons. It happens

stayed there 2 months. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and service was excellent.

This is the only place to stay in while in the Basin. All my relatives stay there EVERYTIME they come to visit and can't say enough good. Dave and his staff are friendly and run a great hotel. Their rooms are a bargain for what you get. Based on reviews of people I have recommended this hotel to, there isn't a nicer place to stay in town and it won't break the bank. They really should raise their rates based on the quality, but appreciate that they are reasonable still!

Room was clean, receptionists were polite and responsive, and the continental breakfast was good enough to get the day started. We had no issues. Would stay here again.

What a great Hotel. I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff and owner was. Rooms are clean and modern. Beds are very comfortable.

Nice place. Room was clean. The service at the front desk was very efficient and pleasant. We had several family members stay in other rooms and we all went down to the lobby where there was a nice table that we could all play games at which was really great!
The continental breakfast was good.

This is a great hotel. Location is on the outskirts of town, so you can't really walk anywhere close, but thats a minor thing. Staff and rooms were excellent and I and my family received great treatment from the staff.

Very clean facility, the prices were good ($120 or so per night). Very comfortable room. I recommend this place. I stopped here to visit Dinosaur NM, which is very close. There were a number of other interesting sites nearby and the desk clerk was very helpful about directions and other info.

First time here and is now our go to. Service is exceptional, rooms were clean, breakfast was good and the location is close to the center to everything.

Friendly and courteous staff and a clean hotel. Highly recommend for anyone staying in the Vernal/Naples area.

Rooms are nice and clean. Walls seemed to be thin, but traveling with two kids I was more concerned about others rather than myself. Pool was fun and warm. Overall this is exactly how I like most of my hotel stays: quiet, clean and cheap.

Breakfast was sufficient and they had plenty of bacon.

This wonderful motel hosts AA meetings and are always so welcoming to everyone.

My childrenand parents were able to attend and see me get my 3 year sobriety chip.

I haven't stayed here in a room but would recommend it because of the service, location, cleanliness and other recommendations.

Great quiet hotel with friendly staff that goes above and beyond! We stayed here for a couple of days for a quick visit and had some trouble with our van. The manager, Dave, recommended a great shop that he uses, and when our van battery was dead Dave came in to work, drove his truck across a bumpy field, just to jump start our van! They also offered us rides and a place to wait (even though we had checked out) while our vehicle was repaired, which was much appreciated! As for our room, we had adjoining rooms, one of which was handicapped accessible. Everything was clean and modern, the beds were comfortable, and we always had warm showers. The handicapped accessible room had extra space for wheelchairs to go through, a shower/tub with a shower chair, and lower beds. We all enjoyed the pool. It's not a large pool, but it never felt crowded. The pool was always clean and fully stocked with towels. We hope to stay here again on our next trip east!
