Great time tubing with the family! It was a gorgeous day with the sun shining, perfect weather. We probably did not need the neck gators.

Would have liked the sessions to be two hours vs. one but we still had a great time. Be sure to connect together so everyone in your group goes down the hill together! The farthest lane is supposed to be the fastest.

Something for everyone. But I want to talk about the ski/snowboard instructors. Our group from church loves Chris. He is great with the kids and the grown ups! Our snowboarding instructor is Marissa! We plan our trips to Copper based on her availability! She has coached me, my wife and all four of our kids. She is amazing! This trip, she jumped in between our 7-year-old daughter and a MOOSE that made its way onto “Lumberjack”

She was calm, reacted fast, and jumped over up my daughter, with a MOOSE 10 yards away.

I can’t type this without crying.

I can’t say enough amazing things.

If you have new skiers definitely ask for Chris.

If you have new snowboarders and you want MOOSE protection, you have to get Marissa.

Copper is a solid top-10 Colorado mountain. Great terrain that receives great snow at its high elevation (9700ft at the base) and service by several 4-6 person detachable chairs. Most hills are north facing and can be icy. Only complaints: blue runs are overly groomed, making it icy and leaving no space to form bumps and collect snow, limited glade skiing that isn't thick with evergreens, and lack of drinking water and toilets on the hill. A personal favorite area now requires a long hike as the Celebrity Ridge lift has been closed all season.

I like this mountain and resort a lot. Chill, yet well managed. Friendly people and happy vibe. Mountain is divided by level of expertise - I am an intermediate snowboarder - and so makes it easy for a person like me. Parking and egress was fairly easy. Close to a main highway. Overall, a first-rate experience. Thanks Copper…will be back! ✌🏽💗🙏🏽

The mountain staff was super friendly and helpful. Well groomed green trails. Restaurants are just OK but that’s what you expect at a ski resort.

The facilities are the best I have ever experienced thus far. The check-in process through the kiosk was extremely fast and efficient. We did park at the Ten Mile Lot, which is situated right outside of the resort, for an additional cost of $55. However, there are free parking options and further lots with shuttle buses available. We went on a Saturday in December, and the mountain was generally not crowded. There are a myriad of staff scattered in all areas to help assist with any needs. The runs on this mountain are very long, which I love, but it may require some awareness and preparation in advance for inexperienced riders. There are obstacle courses available, providing a challenge to riders as well. I would gladly return here to snowboard for the weekend.

I had so much fun skiing at Copper Mountain for the first time recently. It's actually one of my Top 3 favorite ski resorts. The service is great and they offer free parking in the Alpine Lot. I documented my adventure if you're interested:

fabulous ski area, reasonably priced- especially Thursday for $99. good sized mountain w great terrain parks and good mix of difficulty. Park at bottom of mountain for free and take shuttle to West village, or park at West Villiage for $50- which is crazy expensive.

Copper Mountain is a very fun ski resort. From the green runs on West village, intermediate terrain on center, and expert runs on the East village this place has it all. There is something fun for everyone and the Woodward parks are the icing on the cake.

I love riding copper mountain both winter for skiing and summer. I actually broke my arm there during a ski accident and the mountain hospital was really nice and took great care of me. Overall this is my favorite mountain to visit for all seasons!

Overall experience at Copper was a 10/10.

We spent the day prior at Breckenridge, the 2 mountains really do not compare.

-Food and atmosphere were great, and the prices (while high) were cheaper than Breck.
- Hands down some of the best views while on top of a mountain.
- Great rental shop
- Most runs were nicely groomed, and not totally mogul'd out from skiers.
-Mid week lift lines were short, maybe 2-3 minute wait at the worst.
-Park features/ options were great and well maintained
- Easy to navigate the lifts and runs across the whole mountain.
- Base camp food and drink options are plentiful. (We had a great Wisconsin brandy old fashion and espresso martini)

I could rave on and on how much our group loved Copper.

Had a great day! The rental process here was great! Very efficient and right by the main lift. Went at 9am and it only took 4 minutes, maybe it wasn’t busy but either way had separate stations for each piece of equipment. Can’t comment about parking as we had a place on the resort. Would love to come again during mid season

Copper is my go to mountain in Colorado. The separation of Greg Blue and Black terrain is unique. The park features are works class. It just seems like a friendly approachable mountain more focused on skiing than status

SO many trails, NO disappointments! Beautiful mountain. :)

- extra points to you if you find the Boneyard Hut hidden in the woods. ;)

West Village is great for those who are learning snow sports. Their green and blue runs are long and fun with lovely scenic views.

We had a BLAST over here at Copper today! Decided to have a fun time skiing today with the boys and girls and the snow was good and was not busy at all, which was AWESOME!!! The lifts and the staff there were friendly, the lifts (especially American Flyer) [Photo 25 of 31] run very nice. The eateries available here are great too for lunch and the snow and weather was windy but great!

For parking, it was kinda hard to get a closer spot to the lifts but we got one (handicap pass only) and some outer parking lots where you take the shuttle. So was some park & pays.

Overall, AWESOME time we had there at Copper. Highly recommend and will come back to this ski resort soon!

Great resort with a large variety of runs. Plenty of green, blue, black, double blacks, plus pipes and parks with Woodward here. Good options for restaurants and stores at the base, plus a skating rink.

Absolutely love this mountain! So many dog friendly spots. Great village and staff. The vibes are amazing! It's not even Thanksgiving and the skiing is great. The conditions is what the east coast would consider a "powder day" I hope I can come back again when the season is in full swing!!

I went to Copper Mountain for the first time last week, and I skied in Colorado for the first time ever! I really enjoyed my time here, the mountain itself is big and has options for all skiers. Since I am newer to skiing I decided I would sign up for an adult group lesson on the mountain. This was the BEST decision I could’ve made. My instructor was amazing, he took us from skiing on the tiny ski school slope to (mostly) confidently skiing a run with all the rest of the skiers! If you have any chance to request an instructor/choose, Jeff is amazing! All the ski instructors seemed to be very knowledgeable but Jeff really stood out to me. Also, the snow itself was very nice when I went, it wasn’t icy and it seemed well kept. This mountain has a LOT of options for food and drink, I was mainly in the middle and west villages but I’m sure that applies to east village as well. Since I have a small appetite I got a kids meal and for me, that was just the right amount of food. And as ski resorts go, it wasn’t too overpriced. It was definitely a bit expensive, but not horrible. I really enjoyed my time here at Copper and I can’t wait to come back next season when I get an Ikon pass!
