I recently had the pleasure of visiting a tire repair shop in Breckenridge, Colorado while on a trip from Miami, Florida. I encountered a flat tire and was in a rush to get back on the road. I was incredibly impressed with the exceptional service I received at this establishment, particularly from the skilled technician named Xavier.

Xavier went above and beyond to prioritize my urgent situation, promptly attending to my flat tire and efficiently resolving the issue. I recently visited the shop. The gentleman in the office was very polite and friendly. He told me there would be a wait as you would expect as this was the only place open in silverthorne and frisco. But I didn't have to wait too long as my flat tire was quickly fixed. These guys are efficient. I never had a flat tire before and was expecting to pay at least 100 dollars or more. But I only paid 50 bucks. Thank you, guys, for being honest and for the amazing customer service. I highly recommend Big o tires. You have a customer for life.

I had damage to a tire that impacted my ability to drive back to Denver area. I stopped into the shop mid-afternoon looking for help. The team at Big O went out of their way to fit me into their schedule before those closed. They were able to identify the problem and make repairs that allowed me to make the drive home.

I brought my car in with a Power Steering issue, Nick and his team assessed the situation, checked everything out and gave me a rundown of what needed to be fixed free of charge. There is obviously some work that needs to be done to fix the issue, but to get a sense of what is wrong while in the mountains is great piece of mind. They're great people to work with here.

We had a hole in one of our tires and we were in and out in an hour and a half. Great customer service and Brandon took amazing care of us and patched the hole for free! Thank you for the great care!

Back on October 26, 2020, my wife and I were traveling on I70 from Frisco to Denver in a snowstorm. We blew a tire in the tunnel, and were towed back to Frisco. This Big O Tires location fixed the puncture for free, gave me a business card, and asked me to make a review on Google in return.

I’ve been carrying that business card with me every day since that day. Finally, today, I’m making my review. They saved our trip, and for free, and in a timely manner. Thank you, Big O. I’d highly suggest this location. The service was great, and the speedy help was wonderful.

Trish gave us phenomenal service when we had a crisis with our rental car. The team there solved our problem swiftly and had us back on our way in no time. I would strongly suggest Big O Tires for your car needs.

Incredible first class service! I was greeted by an employee with a smile, while I was taking my damaged tire off of the back of my vehicle. Don't even make it inside before they begin helping me.
After starting my morning with a flat tire, (and a little sad) the employees at Big o tire turned my day around immediately. Efrin and the full team were incredible to work with and made my experience truly delightful. Fun music playing, we even did a little dancing. They also helped educate me on the process, and talked me through my options and had my tire repaired in no time. Above all the process was quick and they went above and beyond.

Best tire shop I ever used. Excellent, prompt service, very helpful in ordering parts, installing a new brake pad and other parts. The manager Trish, is so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I am grateful I found this store, and recommend it above all. Thank you Trish and team!

Friendly staff that has always helped me out with my tire needs! I’ve been going here to get my tires switched out every season since I first got my first car back in 2015! Just make sure to get there around an hour before they open if you need work done asap when it starts to snow!

Awesome service - these folks are amazing however, don't expect to make an appointment as they only take first in so plan ahead. We needed 4 tires, they ordered them and the following day everything was taken care of. Many thanks for the hardworking Techs at Big-O Frisco.

I went off the road with my car and couldn’t get my car into any other shops to get checked but big o tires was more than willing to help! Erica went above and beyond to help me find more adorable prices for a wheel and as a single young woman, I never felt taken advantage of!

I was stranded on I70 with a blow out after hitting a pot hole. I was towed to the Big O Frisco location and they were able to get me taken care and on the road with in the hour. The employees were helpful and pleasant.

Every time I have come to this location, I have been so well taken care of. I find the staff to be considerate and truly wanting to help each time I stop in. They have willingly helped me out of some not fun situations Thank you for great service!!

I called at 4:48. I had a double blow out on a Friday afternoon coming down the pass. They said they had the tire. They put a new tire on in 10 minutes.

Stopped by this store because we were feeling allot of vibration driving up I-70. We had just had some work done at another Big-O but they still took care of us immediately since it didn't take them long to check all of the lug nuts for us and answer some questions about the vibrating. Great customer service throughout this company as far as I have witnessed.

Have to give a huge shout out to Denis.
I had a low tire pressure a few days ago, brought it to this store and Denis helped me checked the tires. He found out that nail caused the air pressure leaked. He patched it temporary, in and out within a few minutes. He also recommended to replace all 4 tires since the tread are almost gone.
Came back today to install all 4 set new tires, no appointment. Again, Denis was helping me. Really quick and efficient service. I went to Walmart next door while I wait. About an hour later my car was ready. He was really attentive, polite and really helpful. Just WOW!!! AMAZING experience in this store. Definitely recommending this store.

We hit nails in debris on I-70 westbound. Thankfully we had a portable air compressor to add air to right front tire so we could make it over the Eisenhower Tunnel to Big O in Frisco. We had a very positive experience with Big O. They were able to obtain 4 new tires overnight. These were installed the next morning and we were back on the road. We appreciate Erica and the Big O team.
