Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had the worst time with Budget car rental. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I called Enterprise HIGHLANDS RANCH WEST, 9139 COMMERCE CENTER CIR, HIGHLANDS RANCH, CO, 80129-1560. Hunter the Manager came and picked me up from Budget immediately and helped me get a beautiful Cadillac within minutes. This was absolutely the best customer service I have ever had. Thank you again for making my experience exceptional Hunter I wish you all the best of health and happiness life can give.

Always satisfied with the Enterprise branch I use on Commerce Center Circle in Highlands Ranch, CO. Brandon and Aidan were amazing during my last rental. Very friendly and courteous. Great rental experience at this location as usual. Would definitely recommend them.

Everyone was very friendly and super accommodating. They went of of their way to ensure we had a vehicle that would suite our needs and went above and beyond to resolve some issues we had with our insurance company. This is the best Enterprise location that I have ever interacted with. Great experience.

Had a great experience with this team. At first skeptical about the relatively remote location - from downtown Denver - but they were efficient - car I needed (and showed me how it worked!) - fast and friendly. Could not have been more pleased.

5 stars! The service was 5 stars! I highly recommend this rental car company. There was no wait, they were 100% prepared for my upon arrival. The CSA who helped me was so sweet and kind! I wish I grabbed her name, I will have to update when I drop the car back off! Car was clean and in great condition!

I had to rent a car, due to an accident, and the people there were very understanding and accommodating. But sense my car is not fixed yet and my insurance won't pay for a rental because im at my maximum, I asked Enterprise if I could rent weekly and they had no problem they understood my situation and actually gave me my insurance rental rate. Awesome group of people who work there 👍👍👍👍👍

I enjoyed my rental car. Brandon did a wonderful job explaining everything.
The only suggestion was that the windows inside were not clean and at night I had trouble seeing.

Such a great experience. My car is currently in the shop and is expected to be there for 3-4 weeks. Carter helped me by getting me in a vehicle that's comparable to what I currently drive. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service.

A wonderful and helpful staff and the guy there was a X-Files fan boy as well. Good friendly staff and knowledgeable not pushy. Recommend this location.

We had a problem with our car rental and ended up switching from Budget to Enterprise. The Highlands Ranch location was awesome. The employee helped us with everything and was even able to change our return time after the fact at no additional charge. If you are in the area and need a car, try Enterprise first.

I had a bad experience with these guys to start BUT they flipped it around and took good care of me. I have always said not to judge a business for how well it does it's job but how they handle their mistakes, I have 8 more days of rental so if something changes I will let you know but otherwise I am super happy with these guys!!

These guys are great!! Highly recommend them as I've had to use their services multiple times over the past 2 months and they have never disappointed. They'll even offer a courtesy shuttle if it's close enough to their location (i.e. from a local body shop). Tyler helped me initially and he cleared some insurance hurdles that made things a lot less painful. And Jennifer has been helping me out lately and she's been awesome to work with.

I had an amazing experience. From the reservation to drop off I had no issues. The day I came to pick up car they were busy but got me out quickly. Ory and Alex helped me when I picked up and dropped off the vehicle. They were friendly, caring and quick. Thank you!!!

Had an awesome experience with Enterprise. When my insurance shafted me on a comparable rental car, and it was about to snow, the assistant manager threw in a complimentary upgrade, which wasn’t expected and definitely appreciated. Upon returning the car, my insurance messed up the billing. Despite this, enterprise took the ownership of this and was able to get this fixed so that I didn’t have to lift a finger. Service like this is rare in 2022, and the way it should be. Keep up the great work!

Tyler and Shane were fantastic with their customer experience, best I’ve had in 19 years of renting cars. At 6’8” and 265lbs., they went out of their way to make sure that I was in a vehicle that fit me comfortably, holding several for me to eventually choose from. Their follow-up communications with me to make sure I had everything I needed was stellar, and the pick-up service from the nearby body-shop was very convenient. The vehicles I’ve rented there were always very clean on the inside, and I’ll be back the next time I need a local rental. Thanks!
