5 Diamond Lodging has been managing my property for a year now in The Raven's Golf Club Community in Silverthorne. I like them because they are a family owned business and extremely responsive. They ensure my property is 5 star ready for all my guests. If there is ever an issue, they are at the property immediately. Highly recommend going directly through 5 Diamond directly for your vacation stay in Summit County.

We love renting from 5 Diamond Lodging! We've stayed in several of their properties all around Summit County, and have never had anything less than a wonderful experience at each. The communication is great, they are attentive and answer questions quickly, and they are always very friendly. The locations of the properties we've stayed at are perfect and are well-appointed, we highly recommend booking a stay through them!

Stayed at "Snow Worries Chalet" for ski trip recently. Great place that is well furnished. Incredible views of the mountains. Only minutes from Breck. Recommend this company for rentals.

Julie and her team at 5 Diamond Lodging are the best. She and her staff know what customer service means, the benefits of it, and demonstrate the highest standards of customer service. We had a few issues during our stay. Julie and her staff were quick to respond to our inquiries and address the issues promptly. We had a great stay in Breckenridge thanks to 5 Diamond Lodging and will on rent through them in the future.

It was so great planning our stay with 5 Diamond Lodging. They're a small family run (and women owned) business, and incredibly kind, patient, and communicative. We had to call a few times during the busy holiday season for some timely requests for my party, and they were very responsive and helpful despite how busy it must have been on their end. Would definitely love to stay with them in the future!

Fantastic stay at Snow worries chalet just out side of Breckenridge. Booking, check in and check out details all perfect. Also super accommodating on our last day check out when we got delayed leaving due to weather. No issues with the property and super clean. Highly recommend 5 Diamond and booking direct with them if you can. We will be back!

They make traveling easy and take care of you the entire stay. Always answer the phone (no matter what time of day) and are there when you need them. Highly recommend this company! Hannah, Julie and Avi are great, incredible customer service and super kind

The team at 5 Diamond Lodging is friendly, professional, and so helpful! I have stayed in a few different 5 Diamond properties and every time it’s been a great experience the whole way through- from booking the property to checking out at the end of the trip. They are the only company I will book with for a place to stay in Summit County because they always provide amazing customer service, and they are also a local, family-owned business. Plus the little soaps and shampoos they have at their properties smell nice! 10/10 Highly recommend.

We’ve rented from 5 Diamond for the last 3 years on long-term contracts and we had nothing but a wonderful experience. Their prices are competitive, the staff in their office is friendly, they accommodate inconveniences life throws at you, and the company is family owned and you can definitely tell (in a good way) when dealing with them. I highly recommend them for short or long term renters, I doubt there’s a more friendly and honest rental agency in the county!

We used 5 Diamond Lodging to book our house at 56 Saw Whiskers, Keystone CO. We traveled with 4 families totaling 17 people. The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of space, beds for everyone, well stocked kitchen and hot tub space for all the kids. The drive to the slopes was so convenient. The folks at 5 Diamond made the booking, reservation and check in process so easy and were always quick with a reply or suggestion whenever I called or emailed. I will be using them again in the future.

5 Diamond has managed our Breckenridge townhouse for 3 years now and has done a fantastic job. It's a smaller shop than other property management firms, so it seems to me that we get better, more personal support because of that. They've been quick to handle problems that have arisen and have been very professional. I highly recommend them!
