Hyatt Place Keystone / Dillon

This is a great centrally located hotel to all the Ski Areas that we wanted to Ski at this year. It is a 10 min ride to Abasin, walking distance (4 min ride) to the Peru Express at Keystone, and 30 min to Breck. Rooms are clean and nice. Free Breakfast is a great perk when you are planning a day on the mountain. Overall great experience. Hope to see you next year!

We had a great weekend at this location. It was a stormy and snowy few days but we felt comfortable the whole time. We had a few room issues but customer service was great and they made it right. Nice breakfast but nothing special. The only downside is parking. Super chaotic. Overall great visit though.

This has become my favorite Summit County hotel. I stay here regularly during ski season for days at Keystone or Breck. Walk to Peru lift is very convenient. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly . Housekeeping always does a great job and front desk staff will do their best to accommodate. Property is older but well kept and it seems like it was spruced up a little over the off-season.

One advantage of Hyatt over Hilton or Marriott is better bedding standards at lower tier properties so expect nicer mattress and sheets than a Hampton or a Courtyard. The rooms are spacious and Mountain View is nice if you opt for it.

My kids love the hot tubs. Free breakfast at this property is a nice option but not quite on par with what you’d find at the competing flags though. There are a few dining options within walking distance as well.

Colorado native here and just wanted a weekend getaway with my pups and hubby. They are pet friendly. The view is incredible. Location is quiet, and close to plenty of restaurants and trails to walk or hike. Being pet friendly can be tricky because not all places have a place for pets to go potty. They have plenty of areas and have bags to clean up with. The ONLY thing I would change is that a “pet friendly room” should not have white linens or carpet. Other than that, we will be back whenever we can get away or even work remotely from this place!

Great place to stay. The room was big and spacious and the staff was always friendly and helpful. They have ski lockers available for free and they will help.with parking as well if spaces are full .I would def reccomend them

I had a great experience at this hotel. It served the purpose I needed it for. The wifi worked well, the breakfast was great, the restaurant was delicious and I also used the business area to print some documents and that was super easy and straightforward. The staff were friendly and helpful to answer any questions I had and the views were beautiful. I went during off season, so I didn’t ski or anything, but from what I did experience, I’d recommend staying here.

I have to say, the staff made our weekend!! We had a large group of family staying in multiple rooms at this property and every single person mentioned how helpful and kind the front desk staff were throughout their entire stay. Thank you Andy and friends for taking such good care of all of us!

I spend 5 days and 4 nights at this Hotel and I can say this has been the best experience I’ve ever had in a hotel .. the staff at the front desk are the best !!! From kitchen housekeeping and front desk 5 stars!!!! I’m definitely coming back

Had a great stay here. We were here in August, not busy. Free breakfast was good. The air conditioning was designed for a winter resort, did keep cool in summer weather.

We were treated exceptionally well by the staff. They were pleasant and efficient. They gave off the impression of being proud to have us staying in their property. It was cool to feel so valued.

The rooms were spacious and in good shape. We had a great view on the 5th floor and the multiple hot tubs was an awesome addition. Breakfast was hot and consistent, and we were allowed to self-park because the hotel wasn't busy. I will definitely stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel, every staff member was welcoming and ever so helpful. Martha was absolutely amazing and made sure we had the best time. She upgraded our room, plus got us a view and made sure we got a roll away bed. Her kindness and positive attitude alongside “knowing” us, was unmatched. The hotel is older, yet exactly what we expected. Super clean, hot tub on rooftop was great and pool access at Keystone Lodge & Spa was great - they have a good pool, sauna and lockers all available. The walking trails and beauty around the hotel was gorgeous, and walk to River Run. Great running trails and right off Snake River trails. We will come again for sure!

My favorite place to stay for hitting the slopes At Keystone. Wonderful breakfast great accommodations nice hot tubs.

Clean hotel with nice rooms right next to Keystone. Dog friendly. Has a bar serving food and drinks open until semi late, and a free continental breakfast in the morning (don’t expect anything fancy but it was decent). Booked with points. Would come again

Awesome stay and good value for money. Amazing views from the room. Wonderful hot tub which we had to ourselves for sunset.

Very friendly, competent staff. Good breakfast included. Limited parking but they have free valet as an alternative.

Nathan and Saul were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful at check in. The hotel room has a gorgeous mountain view and a great walking path. I wish I weren't so exhausted when we arrived or I'd be taking advantage of one of the hot tubs on property or the fire pit! Or the bar in the lobby. Currently I'm tucked into a super comfy bed and only sad we don't have a second night to spend here. There's plenty of extra linens and extra blankets in the closet, too. Bonus: they are dog-friendly! Will certainly be back. Honestly every time I stay at Hyatt Place I find myself liking it more than Grand Hyatt.

I really liked my stay here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I brought my dog and decided to switch to a suite to give us all more room. They gave me a suite without any hesitation. The rooms were very clean. Housekeeping was excellent. The free breakfast in the morning was great so we could get out the door sooner to the mountain. We ordered from the grill in the evening. The staff thought it took too long to get to us, so they made it free. One suggestion, fix the door on Room 634. It sticks badly and wakes everyone trying to go in and out early in the morning. The elevators are being worked on so they are down to one but it didn’t take too long. I will definitely stay here again.

The place is amazing, we had a great view from our room. Really close to the mountain, just a 5 minute walk from the lobby to the lift. Staff is very kind and helpful.
Breakfast area is very small and in high season gets very crowded although the staff seems to manage it quite well!
Rooms are cozy but spacious, sofa bed not so comfy.
Totally recommended, everything you need for a ski trip!

Great value for the money spent. The location is great, walking distance to the mountain. The hotel is understaffed, but the staff are always in a chipper mood. Our room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the mountains and small lake.

It’s not the Ritz, but it beat my fairly low expectations. It’s a clean and modern hotel with all the basic amenities you would expect at its price point. Parking is limited, but you can find a spot if you’re patient. I had very limited contact with the staff, and I prefer it that way. My room was never cleaned, but it didn’t need to be. Free breakfast!

Friendly staff, great room. Really enjoyed being able to bring our dog so the whole family could vacation together. Not a lot of food or coffee options nearby in the off season, but it’s a short and beautiful drive to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
