Always the best burgers! I don't eat fries. The shakes are very good but could definitely be less sweet, and my only qualm is that when I order online and then go pick up my food, I have to wait for someone to stop what they're doing to make my shakes. My food may have already sitting there a few minutes--now I am concerned it's getting cold as I wait for a guy to finish what he's doing to come make my three shakes. But the burgers are much better at Five Guys than anywhere else because (so far--unless they change) they taste like actual burgers. The competition is more-or-less mystery meat. Five Guys is real, and therefore good!

Ok. I was late to try Five Guys. I admit I have no good reason. When I go out, I like to save half so I don't have to cook another meal later. I tried that with my Five Guys burger. It didn't work. I kept thinking about how amazing the burger was. I broke down about 30 minutes later, and it was still amazing. Seriously, don't wait! The location is great. Easy to get to. The place was very clean. They have one of those new fangled soda fountains, so you could have your choice of delicious soda. They also have a few vegetarian options as well. Don't forget the fries! They are amazing!

Be advised that there are peanuts or peanut dust everywhere.

Ordered online came in from home everything ready and tasty. Service took 2 seconds and I was on my way the double cheeseburger was awesome!

Got a bacon cheeseburger with three works except mushrooms, hate them lol and small fry n small drink. Let's just say I'll never eat McDonald's or bk again if they're 5 guys around. Free refills on drinks A+++ small fry wad less then lg at other places AMD there were so many I couldn't finish and the brown paper bag was still quarter of way full. Hands down best fast food joint around and I say fast food cause it took less time to get the food then sitting in a drive through addy other fast food joints

Great experience at five guys in Plymouth. It was my first time to this location everything was good, as usual when I hit a five guys. Got little bacon cheeseburger, fries and drink. Free refills. Can't go wrong with a vanilla shake with bacon in it

This place gets busy but the staff is awesome. My toddler was having a meltdown, and a female employee caught my attention and gave me a kids-sized milkshake, free of charge. Despite the LONG line and busy restaurant, she still noticed that we were having a hard time and decided to help us out. Thank you!!

This location is amazing! Service can be slow sometimes but it's understandable. The food is amazing and the staff is very kind. The restaurant is kept clean unlike the Hanover location.

My son and I are professional burger critics. ( he is so serious about his burger pallet) and he is very Fairweather about his rating system. From bun selection to types of pickles and onions. We are always impressed with 5guys Plymouth. Employees are always welcoming and professional. Even under dinner rush. We have never been let down. My only non positive opinion is that I have to make a 2nd burger from a double. We love the way fries are listed by farmers locations. Always good service. Excellent quality and presentation. Most importantly delicious and worth every penny.

This store rocks. After a horrible experience accidentally placing an order at a similarly named location in PA where we were treated like trash, this store took the high road and fixed everything for us. This store went above and beyond and I'm so happy. They are smart with business! The food is awesome! The service is wonderful! Can't go wrong at this location. Thank you very much for everything. We will be letting people know you are there and a great location to visit.

This place was created for people that LOVE good burgers and fries, and they do it well. The staff is very efficient, and the place was clean and comfortably cool on one of the hottest, most humid days of the summer.

I was one of a party of three coworkers who voted on where to go for lunch. I am the one who gained a ton and blamed covid for it, so now trying to reduce. Five guys was not created for people trying to loose weight. I have only been to the chain once before, when I wasn't calorie counting. I had an awesome cheeseburger. On this visit, I figured on a side salad or other light lunch that wouldn't make me want to say "moo" on the way out. Wrong! I could have ordered a diet soda and watched the carnivores eat, but instead ordered the best cheese dog (hold the fries) that I have ever had. Special K for dinner.
