They REALLY DO have freaky fast service! Wonderful staff who focus on each customer and make the experience a delight. Love the sayings on their signs throughout the store. Music is a touch loud to carry on a conversation with your dinner company. Sandwiches are huge and the bread is delicious. Their chips make a good accompaniment.

The first thing I would say is their ingredients always seem to be really high quality compared to other places like Subway. They are also freaky fast. I always just order from the app or website and by the time I get there in 5 minutes it's ready to go without fail.
I'm not a big fan of their chips myself, but the BBQ is okay.
I like that they are pretty good about doing promo codes and other rewards like a free drink or sandwich that are good discounts or otherwise nice rewards. I also really liked that they don't charge me extra for extra lettuce, tomatoes, or many other things.
Seating is a bit limited.
I would recommend it as a good sandwich place to get some good healthy food.

I've never been more impressed with a Jimmy John's than I have with this Logan location. I order from them at least 3-5 times a month for delivery and they are SO FAST. I usually can get my sandwich within 5 minutes of me ordering it! The delivery drivers are always friendly and upbeat, no matter the weather, and if they take longer than usual to deliver they apologize for the wait. What wait?! I'm still thinking I ordered seconds ago when they walk in the door with my order! You guys are awesome!

When I initially ordered Jimmy John's, I received an incorrect order. However, once I informed the manager, their response was outstanding. In addition to sending another sandwich to make it right, I was able to speak to the general manager. He was incredibly polite and eager to fix the situation. The sandwich was amazing and the staff is so kind! I will definitely be ordering many more times in the future.

Friendly staff, food was prepared quickly. Similar to Subway but a few steps up in the sandwich size and the quality of their meats and veggies. I always order an unwich (a sub with no bread, wrapped in lettuce) and they're amazing! Their bread looks really good though I don't eat grains so I haven't tasted it.

There sandwiches are pretty good. Also their delivery time is fast. There chocolate chuck cookies are also pretty good. Their staff is usually about as friendly as you can get for a bunch of high school and college students that don’t love their job.

I have gotten food several times from this location and everytime had great service. My most recent experience was this. I got a couple sandwiches and the first one was exactly what I ordered. The second one fell short as it was missing a couple things. I called and they promptly apologized and remedied the situation. The reason I'm giving 5 stars though is they went beyond to help.

The Jimmy John's at 1482 Main St store in Logan Utah was great to help me and take my large order over the phone. They are always great to help us for last minute lunch meetings, enter our tax exempt # and get it delivered on-time!

Delicious every time! I use them often to deliver to me on long days at work and they usually shock me by how quickly they arrive! One time it was within 10 minutes of me placing the order online! They’ve never messed up my order and have always been very kind!

Wow! No joke folks; I placed my order at 920pm. I got a decent sized order, and I was staying at the Hampton hotel on the second floor. The delivery driver was knocking on my door at 930pm with my order. IT TOOK THEM JUST 10 MINUTES TO FULFIL MY ENTIRE ORDER!

This is an incredible example of great customer service. Bravo! And the food was great!

Amazing service!! I ordered a combo meal and the chips were missing. The server was unbelievably nice, he ran inside and grabbed our chips & brought a cookie for each of my kids in the car. (During covid and could only get pick-up food) he was so nice and fast. Very greatful for this place.

I had an issue with something minuscule. Promptly I received a phone call from the head manager, Michael. Things were restored immediately and the management is incredible. I would describe the incident as minor but I loved the way that the staff reached me to help me out. I would recommend this Jimmy Johns always and forever.

I haven’t had any problems with JJ’s on the app, or the two locations I’ve ordered from (more than I care to admit). They’re fast on delivery, even faster in the store, and freaky friendly! One time the north store did forget my drink on a delivery once. I generally don’t get drinks so I didn’t even notice. An hour later I get a knock on my door and it’s that same driver that found an extra drink in his car at the end of another delivery. He took the time to look back at his recent deliveries, got a fresh drink for me from the store, and delivered it. Best customer experience by far! I only wish I had his name.

I eat here almost every day. Sure, it's because I work here, but I'm still not tired of it! Jimmy John's is great! Fresh baked bread every 4 hours. My favorite is the Big Italian. Don't forget the Jimmy ranch!

They are known for being fast and do not disappoint. I often save my sandwich for lunch a second day and the quality is still good. They sandwiches taste very fresh and delicious.
