Great service from chole, and management was top notch. Excellent food and service all the way around. The Brussel sprouts are amazing. Kids mac n cheese was perfect for them, and the ribs were spot in. Will visit again.

I have the bone in ribeye and it was worth every penny. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The bread was also very good. The atmosphere was a little loud and crowded.

Literally dropped by for a couple of beers and to watch a game before meeting friends in Old Town. Lindsey F and Morgan are awesome bartenders, super friendly and everybody loves them here. Nice ambiance. I'll definitely be back. Cheers!

I had invited close friends and family to dinner, whilst the kids were at prom. We were a party of 8. Every single person made the Longhorn out to be one of the best experiences we have had in a long time. The food was excellent and the waitress was awesome. The lamb chops were wonderful. We will definitely re-visit. Ticket for 8 people was $355.

We had the best dinner experience in a very long time. The food was Excellent, the service was fantastic, all around great. We had the ribeye and New York strip both cooked to perfection and fabulous flavor. The shrimp appetizer blew us away. When we received our final bill we had to review it, as we thought we were undercharged, happily we were not. Great value, food and all around place to go. We will be back!!!!

Our server (totally forgot her name but she is from Georgia) was really sweet. The food was delicious and great. Thanks for making hubby's birthday awesome!!!

It was the best dining experience I've had in a long time. Our server, Marcus, was phenomenal. The food was excellent and cooked to perfection. We will definitely make this our go-to place when in Fort Collins. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had an overall great experience. This was my first time at Longhorn Steakhouse since there aren't any locations in the Twin Cities. The service was awesome. The atmosphere was good. My expectation and comparison would be to a Texas Roadhouse and it definitely met what I was expecting. I had the T-bone, my wife had the Flo Filet, my son chose the kids sirloin, and my daughter had their kids cheesburger. Everyone was happy with their meal (though, my daughter said her burger was dry and I did try and confirm). I also had a side of Cesar salad wich was really good.

Definitely worth a stop if you're craving some steak, but don't want to spend a fortune on a decent cut.

Excellent service today by Morgan. She is a great server ! Loved my complementary birthday dessert. Food was great and the lunch specials are super affordable. Will be back for sure!

Update: Tried some new items the last 2 times we were there. Increased to 5 stars because the service has been so awesome, quick and the food pretty much perfect. The rice this last time was undercooked with a pretty good bite still to it but otherwise absolutely delicious food. We tried the limited time lamb chops early in the year and the summer grilled corn this July.
Older review: Love the Salmon & French onion soup. Ordered the steak Med-Well but it came out Rare, we waited so long to get it that I didnt want to take more time sending it back. Swapped with my hubby, we ordered his also Med-well & his was perfect. Busy night when we were there so service was slow but they were very friendly & nice. Loved the atmosphere of the place. The dessert was delicious.

I make it a point to come here once per year as a special treat to myself and they never disappoint. This time around, I came in, ordered an Old Fashioned with a 22 ounce, medium rare porterhouse and a 12 ounce New York Strip on the side and let me tell you, that was the best meal I've had all year.

The steaks were cooked to absolute perfection which was complimented with the rich, rustic flavor of the Old Fashioned. As a man with an appetite, a meal like this absolutely hits the spot despite its price tag. You have your choice of sautéed onions, mushrooms, and/or jalapeños. I'm a simple guy, all I need is the steak itself and I'm good. Their mashed potatoes are wonderful but don't overlook the mac and cheese, it'll be sure to delight you.

Bottom line, if you're looking for a nice, filling, tasty dinner, you definitely get what you pay for here. End of review.

The chicken wraps appetizer is great. Had the porter house. It was cooked to perfection (medium). We had them do heavy seasoning and we really liked it. I really love their balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Very delicious food. Our meals were excellent and very flavorful. We have been a couple times. Even our very picky 10yr old daughter jot only loved it but finished her entire steak. We were delighted that steak was an option on the kids menu. The wait wasn't very long even during very busy times. Friendly staff. Even the cook came out and asked how our meals were wich was awesome courtesy. We love it here.

This place is the real deal! I always put a lot of stock in word-of-mouth recommendations, and Longhorn Steakhouse exceeded the hype!!

I’ve had a lot of steaks in my day, and paid a wide range of prices for said steaks. Im not exaggerating when I say this was the best NY Strip steak I have EVER had!! I don’t know what kind of chef sorcery they are doing over there at Longhorn, but I got my steak cooked medium plus per out waitresses recommendation and it was the most juicy, perfectly cooked steak I have ever had. The sides were perfection as well, we both ordered the honey roasted brussel sprouts (sooo good) and the mashed potatoes (divine).

We started our meal with a mango strawberry Longpour margaritas- another amazing suggestion from our excellent server - and the fried onion appetizer. Perhaps we bit off a bit more than we could chew because we both threw in the towel about halfway through our steaks. My only regret is that I couldnt finish the whole thing. Despite being delicious I might skip the apps next time or just get one drink 😂

Truly, the service and food was exceptional. Such a great value and quality for a $22 NY Strip, sides included, when I could never cook a steak that good for the price you pay at the grocery store. Ive paid a lot more for steaks that were not even close to this good. Our audible YUMS drew looks from the table next to us - I mean, cmon, it doesn’t get much better than that.

I will definitely be returning soon and remembering this spot as a fantastic place to take a friend, date or family outing. The environment is casual yet comfortable and the food is simply to die for.

Everything from the drinks to appetizers to dinner to dessert tastes great. Best filet I could hope for. We come back here at least once a month. Call ahead, it gets busy.

We had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was probably the best we have had at Longhorn steakhouse. Our waitress was awesome, and service was fast. Definitely recommend this location. The only thing that needs work is the bathroom .

This was genuinely the best meal I've had out in a while! I had never been to Longhorn before, and I went with my family on a Saturday night. They were super busy but, from my perspective, very well-organized. The hostess was super on top of tables and making sure people were communicated with for wait times, and then our server was just so lovely. She was efficient, but still very nice to us. When she heard we had a concert to see after dinner, she made sure everything came out quickly and gave us the check to fill out early so we could leave right away. All of our orders were correct even though the restaurant was packed with diners, and the food was absolutely delicious. My steak and sweet potato were cooked perfectly, and the chocolate lava cake was so rich and creamy! Prices were definitely good for the quality of food and the amount you got. Definitely a great place for a date night or a celebration with family or friends!

Wonderful experience! Sat at the bar and received attentive, helpful service. We ordered lunch (available on weekends too!) & it was delicious & a great price. Crispy chicken sandwich was so good I’ll be back for it. Got the berry salad as my side & husband got the sirloin salad & potato soup. We ordered extra soup because his was so tasty & the sirloin was tender, not chewy like most steak salads. This experience alone made this one of our new go-to spots.

Dined in the Bar this evening. Lindsey provided an exceptional experience! She was attentive, and took time to interact even though it was during "Peak Hours". The meals were well prepared, and attractively plated! Meals were a "Good Value" as prices are moderate for portion size. Menu has a nice variety of dishes including Salad options, but Beef is the "Star" as would be expected! The cuts of Meat were of good quality, and there was obviously care taken at the Prep Table.

At this "Price Point" this is an "Easy to Recommend " in the Ft Collins market.
