Safeway

I honestly love this Safeway. It’s my neighborhood Safeway and it’s been nice recognizing the same smiling faces. Staff is always friendly willing to help with the occasional “where would this be?”
What really made me write this review was the floral department. These beautiful flowers lasted me a little over 4 weeks. Remaining beautiful and bright the whole way through. I bought this bouquet spontaneously on a bike ride to Safeway so they were handled roughly on the way home as well and still lasted. I’m just impressed. I’ll definitely be buying flowers here again.

Pricing: the baby’s breath was maybe $5 and arrangement was $10
So not bad at all.

This Safeway is more busy than most other locations. The store is kept clean and well stocked. I also like the way the store is following the current COVID-19 rules for safety. Although sometimes long lines form and distancing is harder to follow. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The shopping environment is a nice one.

And I really like safeway, They have good deals on all the things that you need. Nowadays, everything in all grocery stores are about the same price.
And it's just become that way.Since Covid. They have good prices on their meats. They have great produce, and their deli is awesome bakery as well. I like it cause they're more laid band very helpful and friendly. Id refer them Safewayto anyone/everyone.

I have been shopping at this Safeway for years. So long in fact that most of the staff know by name witch makes for a more personal experience. I usually check out with Miss Lisa and she is so nice. I use a store gift card and I refill in often. The mangers let me us a check to fill it witch is usually isn't allowed.

Our neighborhood Safeway is full of good things! And it is so close, too. In fact, I am blessed to have multiple grocery stores nearby, making it easy to pick up those little odds and ends I sometimes need.

This store is older and could use some updating, but the thing that really impresses me is the customer service. I was picking up a few things last night around 8pm and disappointed that one thing I needed didn't appear to be in stock. I was at the self-checkout and an employee greeted me and asked if I'd found everything I needed (a pleasant surprise at self-checkout, they usually just ignore you at other stores), and I told her I'd found "everything but one item". She asked what it was and helped me find it at a location in the store that I hadn't seen. I was so grateful, saved me a trip to another store and valuable time. I wish I'd gotten her name, but just wanted to thank her again for her concern and effort. Probably not a big deal to her, but it was for me.

Limited kinds of items and prices are alit higher than other places but it's extremely helpful because it's right across the road when I need an item and dont want to deal with the bus system. I'm thankful that they are very polite and they respect my rights to have my service dog along with me without demanding information that the Ada says I do t have to give. That really makes me feel welcomed and doesn't make me feel like I'm gonna be confronted with things that are against my rights. Ty Safeway employees for making me feel welcomed and accepted even with all my health issues I give a high rating for that kind of service so again ty

As a regular at Kroger I don't get in too much but that is about to change. The deli was amazing. We had the Waldorf salad and I am coming back for more. I would have photos but I ate it too fast. We will be returning.

Nice store, very clean. Great selection. I plan to shop here regularly opposed to the Safeway on Harmony. Only complaint was that there was only one cash register open and there was a wait at self checkout.

Was fortunate to find Quick'N Eat fully cooked Angus beef patties! Both Costco & Sam's are carrying them! Also Deep potato and peas Samosas you can air fry or bake. Nice store for cut fruit too!

Great checkout experience. Milo was upbeat, efficient, thorough.

I just want the world to know that the manager at this store, Cassie (sic?) is an amazing woman. She went out of her way today to help me find a product I needed and then tracked me down in the store to give it to me. Her kindness made my day and she deserves a raise. Thats all, go about your day now ❤

This Safeway at College & Horsetooth is the most organized and well-trained grocers I have ever shopped at.

One of the friendliest staffed grocery stores in Fort Collins. Pharmacy staff is knowledgeable and helpful, received my Covid vaccinations here. Also has the best deli workers and tastiest fried chicken in the Front Range. All in all, one of my favourite groceries to shop at.. 5 stars 🙂

Was asking about digital coupons and kassie was so gracious she set up my phone and showed me how to use your app. Fantastic employee (mgr)? She is definitely a keeper. Will continue to shop in your store.

What a great, personable staff of pharmacists. Cheryl, D.J., and Shanna are always so friendly and knowledgeable. Perhaps I could save money by going mail-order, but the personal service is well worth the price. I have been very pleased for years.

So thankful for Bri she was amazing at check out. Friendly and helped bag things and said sorry to the guy behind me.. Awesome service. Worth going too. Thanks for nice store.

Not just because my son works there, but because they've got it together. They're not like almost every other Safeway in town, no curb side pick up (yet anyway), & for some reason their atm isn't part of the Varo network, but who knows, maybe that'll change. Then again, if I give a 5 * review, will they read it?

I bought some pancake syrup on sale and it was separated and tasted funny. Manager at Safeway noted that it had expired 2 weeks before I bought it on Sunday so she refunded my money and gave me an extra dollar for my trouble. Great customer service!

Everytime I go into this store, I get taken care so well. I usually go in at night after work, and the night crew seems commonly to be Doug and Aiden. Both of these guys go out of their way to take care of any questions I have, show me new deals that the store is running, and do everything in their power to make me feel comfortable and professionally taken care of. Other people that really stand out are the butcher (I dont know his name, so I'll call him Beardsley), and I who I believe is the manager (Megan I think her name is). Beardsley always asks if I need anything, and goes way beyond his department. Megan is always so friendly, working so hard (willing to get in the trenches with her workers to make sure every guest is taken care of), and extremely knowledgeable. You guys have a great crew here, keep it going!!
