The Laundry Basket

I've been to this laundromat almost weekly for the past couple of years. I really like this laundromat as it is always clean even when they are super busy. All of the workers are incredibly polite and helpful. The owner is really laid-back and Incredibly generous. I had put my clothes in a dryer and was trying to pay that there was something weird with the payment system and when I went to ask for help he gave me a half an hour of free dry time just for the frustrations. They really do try to do everything in their ability to make things right if the customer is not satisfied.

This place is Awesome. Customer service is excellent!!!! You can use coins or a loadable cards that rewards points Accumulate And you can use them for purchases or to use the dryers. The wash comes out sooooo clean , the dryers heat up instantly, All at a very low price. It's very well kept clean, Vending machines, TV

Exactly as it's website described! Coin, credit card, or reloadable in-house debit card as payment. This location is clean with available laundry supplies and refreshments. I was comfortable while waiting for my laundry. Several eateries in the immediate vicinity as well. I will return each week for laundry day!

Great laundromat. It's clean, there is plenty of seating with free wifi. I love the different sized machines. They also have a wash and fold service that I've used when I am busy. I dropped off my laundry basket. I returned and it's folded and sorted. Great laundromat.

We were coming into town from DFW for a conference and unfortunately our car got the windows broke out and all of our luggage, computers etc stolen. Not an amazing start but we were not victims bought some clothes and continued our week. Before heading home we needed the few clothes we had washed so I came into this Laundry… I was greeted with a warm welcome and offer to help with anything I needed. As I put my credit card up to the machine I was having problems this sweet worker immediately came over to assist introduced herself as Donna and again said if I needed anything that’s why she was there. i watched her treat all customers like this for the next few minutes and decided to get up and get a soda. Donna popped up again behind me and asked me politely if she could buy my coke. I tried to refuse but she said she could tell I was beautiful inside and out and it would be a blessing to her if she could so of course I let her. For the next hour I heard patrons walk in and out and continuously tell her how much they loved her and appreciated her always with the same response I am just doing my job…. No she was going above and beyond and not realizing she was the exceptional. Before leaving I asked her if i could take our picture, she asked why would you want a picture with me??? I said she was truly beautiful inside and out and when I have my weak moments of not appreciating my life or giving others grace I wanted to look at her for inspiration. I wrote her a card and yes paid forward her kindness back to show her she was also appreciated and I just want this owner to know…. she is a blessing.

Their sign says "clean, fast, friendly" and it is absolutely true. Wonderful staff all around (huge kudos to Donna for helping me in a pinch today). Love that you can use cards to pay instead of lugging quarters around. Well managed and maintained.

I just started going to a laundry mat for the first time in my life. I love it here. It is very clean and safe. The group of ladies that work there are friendly and helpful. I am finished with my weekly laundry in less than one and half hours.

Awesome. Seriously as good as anyone could ever ask for. Friendly staff, clean, new machines, great prices. Very satisfied. The only bad thing is that I live and work in Boulder and this place is in FOCO

It is always so clean. The staff is very kind. The drop of wash and fold service is not only a great price, but the turn around is great! They usually have my stuff done the day of drop off. Highly recommend!

Outstanding friendly staff. Very clean, very safe, new equipment. 'Cat' and the manager Claire were fantastic, helping me with everything. I haven't been to a laundromat in many many years and had forgotten what to do - they made it so easy for me. It's pretty darn rare to find a place and an experience this nice. Thank you!

It’s my first time using a laundromat and to my surprise it’s Super clean and staff is very friendly! Thank you to the mom and daughter who helped me figure out my first time! I will definitely be recommending this to my friends and I will definitely keep doing my laundry here!

Great laundry facility!!! Nice size machines and reasonable prices. Friendly on staff. Very very clean, and nice waiting area to read a book, or have a meal. 100% recommend!!!

Very clean & nice laundromat! We needed to wash our bedding & rugs. They have plenty of large load machines (5x & 8x) with multiple rows of regular sized washers too. You can use coin or card at the machines, driers, and laundry detergent dispensers. Free WiFi & next to coffee or food if you need a bite.

I have been to a lot of laundries through out my travels, but this has got to be the best ever. The place is always and I mean always clean. The customer service is top notch which is very hard to find these days. The ladies that work there are always happy and thank you for coming in. The restrooms are clean. They have snack machines, TVs, and free wifi. The machines take CCs which is also a big plus. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. Keep up the good work.

THE cleanest, MOST modern and without doubt the attendant was THE most cheerful, helpful and downright pleasant person I met all day!! Left my phone on a machine and it was turned in to the staff. Called my phone and was able to retrieve it. Gave a small bit of my quarters to the lady that found it. Claire (spelling?) made my day because she kept the store immaculate! Really, go to this place with your laundry. New machines and good prices. Thanks for a great wash!

A wonderful laundromat! New machines that work great! They keep the place very clean as well. Nice bathrooms and TVs. They also have a rewards program the gives you extra money when you load it and earn points for every use, a great system if you use them often. Staff is friendly and helpful. Honestly probably the nicest laundromat I have used. Worth a visit!

Best laundry mat ever. They’re amazing. I left my jacket in a machine and they made sure to hold on it as well as my debit card that I didn’t even know was missing! 10/10 and a super clean facility to boot

Clean, well-kept machines. Out-of-order signs are placed promptly when issues arise. Much MUCH better than our apartments' facilities!!
