Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The food and bar were a little slow. BUT the wait staff was fantastic. Calamari was great. Plus the salad and bread sticks were plentiful. The meals were huge portions. Try to shrimp and chicken carbonara very tasty. Can’t wait to go back. Great time

Baby it's cold outside!

So I decided to go warm up and have lunch at the Plymouth Olive Garden.

My experience:

This is my second time at this Olive Garden. I came back here because my first visit was awesome.

Now,

Let me tell you about my second visit...are you sitting down? If not I suggest that you sit down.

I've been to a lot of restaurants in my lifetime and I must say that it's not too often that I come across a fantastic out of this world waitress. I was waited on by Katrina G. This waitress is a warm ray of sunshine and her smile brightened up my day. Her friendly and welcoming personality and manner are exquisite. The customer service she serves her patrons is exceptional.

I looked over the menu and I decided on a lunch deal that cost $9.99 that starts from 11am-3pm daily.

I never had the cheese ravioli here before so I decided to order that and give it a try. My whole entire order consists of cheese ravioli which is filled with a blend of indulgent Italian cheeses, topped with your choice of homemade marinara or meat sauce and melted mozzarella. It also came with bread sticks and a choice of soup or salad. I decided on my favorite minestrone soup which has fresh vegetables, beans and pasta in a light tomato broth - a vegan classic.

The chef that was cooking was Lindsay B. and I must say kudos and praises to the chef for delivering me not only a hot delicious very well prepared meal, but a work of art. The presentation of my meal was superb! It’s a shame that I couldn’t put my ravioli up in an art gallery to show it off, it was that wonderful to look at.

Say Cheese! Now the cheese that the waitress had she would grind it over my minestrone soup and my ravioli making it so much more yummy.

Before I left I ordered a chocolate brownie lasagna. Eight decadent layers of rich, fudgy brownie and sweet vanilla cream cheese frosting, topped with chocolate shavings and a chocolate drizzle. Yes it's 910 calories, and I'll be at the gym a whole year to exercise it off, but I'll tell you it was worth every bite!

The last time I came to this Olive Garden was in May of this year and I’m so happy I decided to come back. Katrina G. treats all her patrons like family. If you want a family orientated Italian delicious meal with the greatest wait staff and chef’s this side of New England then come on by and stop and eat at the Plymouth, Ma Olive Garden. You won’t be disappointed and you’ll keep coming back for more.

My friend was craving Olive Garden's salad and breadsticks. The lasagna fritta was very good. My friend loved the chicken scampi, and my braised beef gorgonzola alfredo was really good. Our waiter was great, very attentive.

I have monthly lunch here, we go at 2:00 to avoid rush time, and so we can hang out and chat. It’s always good and staff is super friendly. Love that second bowl of salad. Great service =great tip

Had some amazing eats out here, it was a long drive but it was worth it, and the price wasn't that bad either, especially for the quality. Service was excellent, I have a little bit of trouble speaking up and the waitress was very accommodating and beyond friendly, even joking with our friends! Definitely would go again if I got the chance!

Didn't feel like cooking tonight , so my girlfriend and I went to the Olive Garden in Plymouth. Our food was wonderful and service outstanding. So much food that we ended up bringing a lot home with us. Will go again.

Celebrated my son getting his black belt and had 14 people with us. The manager congratulated him and gave him a special dessert. Service and food was amazing.

Updated 10/2023 - The service struggles to hit the target, and consistently falling short...seems like a revolving door always in training, and keeps getting worse. Also they no longer offer my favorites, including braised short ribs.

I had chicken and shrimp carbanara!! It was delicious. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely will be back!!

We decided to take the family out for dinner on our last night. It was a great idea. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. The food being served smelled good, especially when you're hungry. We met our waitress, who was very friendly and knowledgeable, and that set the tone for the evening. She took care of our appetizers, entrées and to go containers. We were too full for dessert. A very good time with family. Many thanks to our waitress and staff of Olive Garden.

Laid back dining experience . Loved the double room type seating arrangement . Food came out hot , fast and yummy .

Sandra is a wonderful authentic person. She has insight. A great personality. And customer service oriented. Thank you for the positive customer expierence. You cant help who you are. A GOOD AUTHENTIC PERSON. I hope OLIVE GARDEN does something to retain you, because youre a great brand ambassador. Now i must eat my breadstick sandwich.

The food was good, I was disappointed that the shrimp was rubbery but other than that the service was wonderful and the rest of the food was great! And the calimari was a perfect appetizer!

I've been in the restaurant business for a number of years and I will say the working for the Olive Garden was a refreshing experience. The management are very professional and treat their staff respectfuly and professional. Very caring also, we're not just numbers on a computer screen. I felt like I didn't even deserve to work there. Places like that are around but few and far between.

After ordering the Chicken and Gnocchi soup for lunch, I have to say that it’s creamy and delicious. I highly recommend trying it. The classic soup, salad, and breadsticks is always an excellent choice.
