If I could give the place 10 stars, I would. But 5 will have to do. The staff was incredible nice and personable, and the shake I ordered with my meal was exceptionally good. The manager and cashier that helped us found out it was my birthday and they sang me a brief birthday song. Cannot recommend this Arby’s enough

The Smithfield location is always a favorite for us, the staff here is amazing they take excellent care of us and are always willing to get our order right ! They are polite and friendly always ! The Food is always served hot and prepared nicely. Thank you for making this one of our favorite places to stop for a quick meal 🤩

This Arby's is always on the ball. My food is hot and quickly ready when I order. My order is always correct. I love their beef and cheddar sandwiches! They also make excellent French Dip. This time, we had chicken sandwiches. They did not disappoint. This is one of my favorite fast food stops!

Great customer service tonight from the assistant general manager(Paul) had a complicated order and used a couple of coupons, and the order was made correctly, and in a timely manner, and everything was hot and delicious. Best service I’ve had at this location in quite a while. Including food quality.

Great service when we went and food was hot.

Bought a large curly fry and they were cooked well. It was a very big fry and I was not prepared for that full of a container but I am greatful :)

The young man who served me was very helpful I think his name was hunter. He made my experience at arbys a good one so I would come back, and recommend this place

Probably the cleanest Arby's we've been to in a long time, and with a pleasantly friendly staff, we definitely like this location. We do not get heartburn here like we have from others. The food was fresh and tasty, and the service prompt. We will definitely be back, even though it's a good twenty + minutes away from home. Best Arby's in Northern Utah.

I LOVE THE ORANGE CREAM SHAKE! Went to go get one the other day. Story time: pulled in, a girl on her phone with a headset on. She glares at us and walks inside as we pull into the drive thru. She takes our orders about 15 seconds later, customer service voice on point! Get to the window, different woman at the window. Takes our cash, shoves it into the register, completely crumbled. Told us to have a nice day, and we're to excited. We tekl her to have a wonderful night. That might have been a genuine smile? I don't know. She shuts the window, and we here SCREAMING! yooo it was loud. Those windows are NOT soundproof. It was uneceptable, but still hilarious. The shakes were on-POINT though. The whipped cream-- beautiful! thier shake machine is broken often, but I keep track of when it opens again. I'm going back on Tuesday to get one.

I got to the window and changed my whole order. They didn't complain just got it done asked me to pull forward and brought it all out in quick time. Keep rocking

I have to give HUGE KUDOS to this Arbys franchise!! Nit only were they friendly, proffessional, the building and grounds were clean and well maintained. Mist of all, the staff and boss interaction was exemplary. Good job!

Just slammed a meat mountain and I'm feeling better than ever, I could fight a bear if I needed to. So much protein after a long day of lifting weights at the gym makes me feel like a lion, or a monster. It tasted like meat thanks I love Arby's. Need my meat

Had the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was really good. The service was awesome as well great people.

Good place to eat but food seems to have gotten smaller and the prices were higher.

Always excellent customer service, good food, and fast service depending on of course how busy they are I prefer this arby's over every other arbys
