When reading these reviews you have to consider that most of these people that are complaining are: entitled, cannot follow basic instructions, and probably were rude. I’d argue some are lying to be dramatic.

With that being said, the staff are extremely competent and patient. This place is 80% consistent and when they’re not, it is usually my fault. This is a great pharmacy in the Littleton and Highlands Ranch area. I work at a different pharmacy and this place is loads better. It is upsetting CVS is likely being greedy with their hours, often leaving the place understaffed at times. The lead pharmacist with glasses is very sweet, and she is a hard worker!

Michael in Pharmacy provided exceptional customer service over the phone today. He was helpful and thorough. This has not always been my experience here so I was very thankful for the positive interaction.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the pharmacists here! I absolutely HATE having to walk through a store to get to a pharmacy BUT I won’t go anywhere else because they are amazing! They go the extra mile, are extremely helpful, very patient and kind, and they always make my day. Nina and Yocelyn are the best pharmacists ever. They will always have me as a customer. We used to fill our prescriptions at the Sgt Jon Stiles location because that is closer to us, but not any more. Tonight, the pharmacist at that location told us that he refused to fill our daughter’s prescription (the one she gets every single month) because our doctor wrote capsule instead of tablet. He said it’s up to the pharmacist. He sent us to this location. He also made sure to call while we were driving over there to make it clear to the pharmacist that he wouldn’t fill the script. I wish this had happened years ago. We had no idea the service we were missing at the other location. The pharmacist here treated us with kindness and respect. She took the time to explain our options, including costs, and had no problem filling the script. I will happily drive the extra couple miles to get better service and respect. Thank you so much!

Overall the most competent, friendly and sincerely kind pharmacy staff I know here in Denver. I’ve been going to them over 10 years. Amanda Ana Nina will go out of their way without being asked, to find you the best deals.and I must say as stressful as pharmacies can get I have rarely if ever seen them ruffled or rude to a customer despite how rude the customers are to them five stars ⭐ good job

In comparison to the other CVS pharmacies in the area... this one has them all beat! Wonderful phamarcy technician, super dedicated to her work. Pharmacist is very friendly, professional and cares for her customers. Always going the extra mile to get prescriptions filled in a timely manner. Thank you!

This is consistently the friendliest pharmacy staff I’ve ever encountered. I’m always impressed by the dedication and knowledge the pharmacists provide. They genuinely care and strive to help with any questions, concerns or issues with medications and insurance. Prescriptions are generally filled within 5-15min.

The manager Nina is wonder she has always went above and beyond every time to help me.

I always am a complicated case between Dr's and my insurance and while I am stressed she is as cool as a cucumber as reassures me every will be OK.

This CVS pharmacy is top notch above all other. Cori and the rest of her staff have always been extremely helpful and have gone above and beyond with many of my pharmaceutical needs. 5 stars all the way.
