Safeway Pharmacy

I’ve been to almost every pharmacy in Fort Collins, and this one is BY FAR the best one. They have the nicest pharmacy staff I’ve ever met, and they’re super thorough to make sure your medication is correct, as well as making sure you have all the information you need if you’ve never taken the medicine before. I will ALWAYS go here. They always make me feel safe to take my medications.

I was traveling from out of state and forgot my medication at home. Meg and the rest of the pharmacy staff helped me out and I was able to get my medicine filled here quickly. If you ever have pharmacy needs in Fort Collins, please visit this pharmacy ! Incredible staff !

Professional, knowledgeable, efficient staff. I went in for a COVID booster, completed questions on line. THEY DID NOT ASK ME TO REPEAT what I had done, they only confirmed the info .... THANK YOU! Meg & all staff were incredibly pleasant (we can all use the smiles and cheerfulness these days!). knowledgeable in what they were doing and they cared!!! I will be back to this pharmacy and store. They could train many people in healthcare (and I am a provider who does primary care consulting, so my bar is HIGH). THANK YOU

So, I have only been with this pharmacy for a little over two weeks…and WOW! What a HUGE difference from my former pharmacy, Walgreens (Harmony/Timberline). I won’t go into all the horrible details; however, the difference is night and day! Each Pharm tech I have worked with has been kind, gracious and efficient. Rebecca, the pharmacist, is also amazing! I am over the moon thankful I switched! Thank you for being my advocate!

The pharmacists here are overworked and short staffed (at the time of writing), but they are still professional and very helpful. Maximum respect to them. Buy them some cookies from the bakery if you get a chance. I needed some medication urgently, but my insurance was being a jerk about it, and within 30 seconds they had 2 different potential ways they could get me the medicine I needed despite that. Wonderful people.

These folks provide excellent customer service above and beyond expectations. They all go out of their way to make it right. They treat customers with professionalism and above all respect. I hope that I don’t have to go elsewhere due to drug prices ect.

Have used this pharmacy since the store opened in the ‘90s. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my meds. Super helpful staff. The best!

Always really helpful, they have gotten to know me by name. I'm in once a month, not for groceries but sometimes a Starbucks.

Safeway was out of a medication for my sick child. They were supposed to send it to another pharmacy who had it in stock.I went to the other pharmacy 2.5 hrs later to pick it up. However Safeway never followed through and didnot call over the prescription as promised.

I normally go to the Safeway off of taft and drake witch there so awesome there and good staff 5 star group there . Today 10/10/19 they didnt have my full refill witch I need then before I leave state so they sent me to this Safeway off harmony and wow never going there again rude and staff is less then a 0 star group and said that they couldn't refill my prescription cause it's 2days in advance and by law there supposed to fill them in 2 days and there saying nope not for you it's to early come back tomorrow witch is one day in advance. But really rude and disrespectful even over the phone when I called and confirmed why they sent my wife walking away .

Go to safeway off of taft and drake road for your prescription they make you fill wanted and there an awesome group to have for life needed medication.
