Unfortunately I know better than to visit the pharmacy. I had purchased a product that was supposed to be dispensed via a small pump. It did not work so I exchanged it for the same product. It was very easy to do.

Instead of driving home, I decided to break my way through the plastic even though I did not have a blowtorch with me. Once I was able to retrieve the product, I could not get it to dispense.

This time, I decided to exchange it for another product. Unfortunately, technology did not like that - it would not allow a return on a return and it would not allow the original receipt since it had been used.

I had to wait for about 5 minutes for the supervisor, but he was more than happy to help me out.

Kayleigh and Kevin are such kind and thorough pharmacy techs! I'm glad to have them managing my prescriptions. I don't even live in Castle Pines but come to this location just because they have always treated me so well. Kevin saved me $100 on a prescription because he put it on a discount card !!!

Fantastic friendly staff and the pharmacy employees had my prescription filled 5 minutes after receiving it from the doctor’s office. This is now my favorite Walgreens!

Got my last few COVID vaccinations from this location. The process always goes smoothly, and the person giving the vaccination is always super-friendly and a joy to work with! Also, Walgreens seems to be pretty quick about getting the information to Colorado Dept of Public Health, so you can download your latest info within a day or two. Highly recommended!

Emily as the best vaccinator I've ever come across! Thoughtful, kind, efficient, and gentle- everything you want from someone who's holding a needle with your name on it. Emily is the first vaccinator to be comfortable and willing to vaccinate on a tattooed arm within inches of a dermal anchor piercing, and I'm so thankful!

Please be mindful: This pharmacy is understaffed and overloaded with work both filling scripts & fulfilling vaccination appointments. It's definitely best to show up for your vax appt early to get everything settled in time for your appointment!

Honestly the pharmacy is not perfect, BUT Brandon in the pharmacy really went above and beyond for me. I was needing a medication that was backordered and after I called around to a few different CVS and King Sooper locations to see if they had it, I called this Walgreens back and got Brandon. He was the only one out of all of these places that seemed to care and took the time to track down a location in Broomfield that had it for me. He took the time to even call them and confirm before he transferred it over. In a world where customer service seems to be struggling, Brandon made me feel like an important customer and made a lasting impression.

We really appreciate how amazing the staff here was. Ashley listened intently and worked with us to find a solution to our shopping needs. She was very patient and kind, going above and beyond for us. We will definitely be returning to this store because of her

Great Walgreens on Lagae Road in Castle Pines! Store is always clean and organized, staff is professional and friendly. Can't say enough good things about the pharmacy - efficient, knowledgeable, personable. Would give the pharmacy 10 stars if I could.

As a physician and patient, I can't say enough how great they are here. Understanding, accommodating and always looking out for my family and I as far as cost and getting medications filled in a timely manner. They set a high bar for other pharmacies to look up to. Thanks for all you do!

It's a typical Walgreens store. Many health and non-health items. When we were visiting I could find Zourz my favorite sour candy. The staff wer always friendly. The store clean.
