Mr. Appliance of Plymouth

This is the second time we have had Mr. Appliance come to our. house to deal with an appliance issue. The technicians arrived on time, called before they arrived and did the work neatly and efficiently. We are very pleased with their word. Based on these two visits, we can recommend them highly.

Mike and Zach came in to fix my GE dishwasher. They were extremely efficient and completed the repairs as promised. Great guys. Would highly recommend.

YVes was very professional and worked with me to understand what the problem was and options to fix the ignitor on the stove. He quoted an OEM price and a Universal part price and stated it was compatible. I gave him the ok to fix and he finished very efficiently. Kudos to Yves.

Fantastic service from Chris at Mr. Appliance. I inherited a large 6 burned gas stove / oven which needed some repairs. Chris researched the model and scoured the internet for over 6 months and finally found the right parts. Incredibly professional service, always on time, and saw this difficult project though to the end. Highly recommend!!

George from Mr. Appliance responded quickly and came on short notice to fix our dual oven. He was very friendly and quickly diagnosed the issue and proposed solutions, which we opted to have the repair done. Once the necessary part came back, he was quickly there to complete the repair and drive our situation to conclusion. Great service and value, would definitely use and recommend Mr. Appliance again!

Over the past few months our dishwasher and oven stopped working. In both instances , mr appliance responded quickly. Always efficient, polite and communicated clearly as to the problem. Even when return visits were needed we felt extremely confident in the work. I highly recommend them.

George, Mr. Appliance personified, was great. He diagnosed serious problems with our washer & dryer, ordered parts from the factory which were delivered within 2 d and he was back to install them. I hope our appliances don't break down soon, but if they do we'll call Mr. Appliance and request George.

My service man George has done 2 repair jobs fir me, my regulatory and now my gas stove. I can't say enough about George. He is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, effi6and amazingly respectful of my home. He is the reason I would use Mr Appliance and highly recommend them.

Mr. Appliance is great about communications, letting me know the day before when the 2hr window will be and the day of when the tech will be arriving. My technician was Eric who was amazing friendly, fast, and professional. If you need an appliance repaired, Mr. Appliance and Eric are the way to go.

Unfortunately I'm horrible with names, but the technician who worked on our washer was awesome! He kept me up to date on the codes, the problem, and the repairs. I can recommend this business above all other appliance repair companies I've worked with. This was the second repair we called them for, and both times I couldn't be happier. We all know how the appliance manufacturers have planned obsolescence; Mr. Appliance works around that and provides incredible value!

Tech (David?) showed up on time, was professional and fixed my stove on site. They had the part not only in stock, but on hand. I was very happy that it was resolved in one visit - in my experience usually it's a two visit situation with diagnosis and then returning with parts. Was really happy with the service.

They let you know when they are coming. The tech was friendly and polite and considerate as well as he put booties on before walking through our house. And our dog liked him which says it all.

George, your appliance technician, was terrific. Prompt , courteous and kept us informed of what he was doing. Unfortunately for us, the problem was in Whirlpool's manufacturing and couldn't be repaired.

Dave was very professional and on time! He fixed my dryer with no problem! Very nice Guy! I’ve recommended this company to my sister who already has an appointment in less than a week! What an amazing job! I am truly thankful!
