Great experience! I arrived a few minutes early to my appointment, but was promptly helped. The entire office visit took about 10 minutes, which is amazing. Thank you to all the staff for doing such a great job and having such a well tuned process.

I thought I was doing things the easy way by renewing my security licenses online, but I was sadly mistaken. After Tallahassee's computer glitches and lack of customer support, I paid a visit to the local Plantation office in hopes they could clear up Tallahassee's incompetency and lack of customer support. Upon entering the doorway I was greeted by a Security Officer who was very helpful and got me set up with a number to be seen. Once my number was called, I was greeted by a very polite, professional, and kind representative at the window by the name of Joseane. Joseane and the other staff members there were so friendly, polite, and helpful. It's almost unheard of now a days to be treated this well. They had me in and out with my ID cards in a short amount of time. For my next renewal, I will just go to the Plantation office. Thanks again for your great customer service!!!! 🤘🏻

I went there for a CCW renewal. My appointment was for 2:30 pm. I was in the back of the office by 2:33 pm. I completed the renewal procedure by 2:37 pm. I received my ID in hand by 2:48 hours. I understand everyone's needs are different but that was fast and efficient work. The staff was very cordial and professional as well. Highly recommend this office.

I had an amazing experience with the Florida Department of Agriculture License team. The whole process took me just 15 minutes, thanks to their incredible teamwork. I received excellent assistance throughout, from filling out the application to guiding me through the entire process. Everyone on the team was not only friendly but also incredibly patient. I also appreciate how they respected my religious needs. Kudos to this fantastic team!

This is how a government office should be; everyone was friendly and efficient. They provided assistance/guidance when needed with a smile. I expected to be there for at least an hour, but I was in-and-out in about 20 minutes......and that was entirely due to the quality of the staff.

Honest review from 05/08/23. I am so use to going to the West Palm office but the experience from this location made this office seem to surreal. It operates a little differently and I noticed it in the short amount of time spent. I just want to say thank you to all who worked this location from the outside of the office to the inside of the office. I was engaged by everyone and that's what did it for me. It is a smaller office but they were quick with the processing. I must've spent just under 20 minutes from the sitting and waiting to the completion of the processing for my Security D&G. Everyone was respectable, professional, and easy to work with. You really cant have a bad experience with this group of professionals. See you guys in 2 years for renewals. Impeccable service.

Taisa was an absolute life saver. My license expired 1 day prior to me coming in and she was able to help me get situated with the process of reapplying. The process was very smooth and quick. The gentleman that helped me in the back with application and finger printing (did not catch his name) was also extremely nice and helpful with any questions I had. He struck a conversation about my job (pest control) and was a joy to deal with. Both of these people deserve huge kudos. Thank you for saving the day.

I recently relocated to this area and after using the Orlando branch numerous times - I was extremely shocked with the customer service and speediness of the staff at the Plantation location. A+++++

Outstanding service, very friendly staff and security! Very knowledgeable. The back office staff works together with the front like a well oiled machine. I was in and out in under 20 minutes mind you this included fingerprints, photos, and some online computer work.
Whoever is in charge there is doing something right!

The whole conceal carry permit application process, including photo and fingerprints, took less than 30 minutes. Everyone working there was professional, helpful, friendly and efficient. Parking is a breeze, too. I have never had such a positive experience at a government agency, but the people working here made this so pleasant.

First of all, BIG THANK YOU to the City of Plantation for having this office. The staff at this location need to be Role Models to the rest of the other 2 offices ( yall know who I'm talking about) . Wow.. went in got a number and was called in last then 5 minutes. Very fast and friendly. ....... I gave this place 10 starts..👍🏽😎.. ( just do a review twice) ..lol

WOW! I always expect the worst at government type places..haha..This place was awesome! EVERYONE that works there was super friendly and very efficient. I had to renew my concealed carry permit, and I was literally in and out in 10 minutes with my new license in hand. Thanks to everyone that works here for making this a very nice and efficient experience!

Great friendly service. The staff and security on point. I had an appointment at 3:30pm. Check in at 3:10pm and checked out at 3:15. Processed my renewal payment and took my photos. Also update my concealed license. Talk about fast service

Have gone in several times. Each time I’d made a complete mess of my firearms permit. Each time someone (anyone) on the staff literally held my hand while I suffered them through my issues.
