1-800 Flowers Greenrose

I am so happy this store offers Apple Pay! Very important when you have forgotten your wallet lol! I like that they have a store front for 1800flowers because in the past I once got moldy flowers and was unhappy. I don’t get that problem with shipping when I can go pick them out myself. Staff was very helpful and the arrangement was ridiculously cute and a hit at my house for mothers day

The parking lot where this place is located is absolutely ridiculous. There's a pothole right next to the building the size of a MINI coupe. In the middle grade in the ground it's been upward and can get stuck on the bottom of your car and tear it up if you are careful to go around the other side when leaving.

3/2024 Update: This is still my #1 flower shop. There flowers are fresh, vibrant and always bring a smile to my wife.

I was a big proponent of supermarket flowers until I discovered this place.
I LOVE the fact that you can walk into the cooler with the staff and see all the flower styles & colors and help create your arrangement. The staff they will exceed your expectations! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and just great people. I've used them for every major event (birthdays, anniversary, Valentine's Day or date nights) in our family for the past 6yrs and plan on supporting this local company for years to come!
Also, as a local business they offer 50% off arrangements on Friday's. Only caveats I've experienced is around holidays this deal is not offered and these are dry arrangements, meaning you have to vase them yourself.

I am beyond satisfied with the service I received at this flower shop. My family is going through a difficult time and Serena was super helpful and courteous. Her suggestion was great out of the variety they had instore and I really loved the final arrangement I sent to my mother. She fell in love with the doggie arrangement since is looked like the poodle she recently lost.

Stopped by to get a last minute added plant for a client and this shop had it. Small shop but very cute and well kept. They made it fast and easy to keep my client happy on short notice. They seem fully prepared for Mothers Day.

I had just come from another flower shop (DO NOT GO TO Phoenix Flower Shop on 51st and Northern)...they were so rude and said they couldn't accommodate my funeral request.

Not only did 1-800 flowers do exactly what I wanted but it was $30 less expensive!!! Also, even that they were busy with Mother's Day rush, they were so nice and professional!! I highly recommend 1-800 Flowers!!! Thanks again for the customer service...I highly recommend 1-800 Flowers to family and friends!!!

Greenrose is by far one of the best florists in the Greater Phoenix area. I've been ordering from them for years, and they have the best customer service and have the most diverse selection of beautiful floral arrangements. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs to deliver flowers to a loved one for any occasion!

My girlfriend is at Grand Canyon University and I wanted to get ahead of the game and send her Valentine's Day flowers. She is very happy with the selection of flowers. I had no idea what to get but the sales person was very helpful. They had everything chocolate balloons teddy chocolate strawberries. one stop shop!

A good friend sent me flowers for my birthday. She was not aware that I was out of town for 1wk. The flowers were delivered as requested. A neighbor advised the driver that I would not be back for a few days. The driver took the flowers back and delivered a beautiful bouquet upon my return. The shop even contacted the sender to advise of the new delivery. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing flowers in the Phoenix area. Also I want to congratulate Debbie & Bill for their excellent customer service.
