Hands down the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever experienced! Filled out the online application and had a call back within minutes gauranting I could come in and put only $500 down and leave with a nice vehicle! I had options sent to me the day of and when I arrived they had the cars out and ready for me to check out! When I drove it home I noticed a small problem with the tires. As soon as I contacted them about it they made it right! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market to buy! Thanks again guys!

I had a really good experience with this company and it’s associates! This place really worked with me when it came to my down payment and even let me take the vehicle home and gave me additional time to pay. I found this company searching through craigslist when my mini van suddenly died. I needed a vehicle quickly so I went to this location with the intention to leave with a vehicle and I did just that in a timely manner. The vehicle I got ended up having a motor issue less than 30 days of me having it when I drove through some high water during one of our few storms. This company ended up replacing the motor for me for FREE. I didn’t pay for any parts or labor! When my spouse picked the car up they told him if we ever needed anything else done to the car to just bring the parts to them and they would do the labor for free! The previous company I went through for my mini van that died never helped me with anything at all and I paid more than I was supposed to every month and made all my payments on time for 3 years! This company took note of that when I went to them and have treated me really well! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone searching for a newer used car!

DONT BUY A CAR UNTIL YOU TRY EQUITY FIRST! Buying a car is suppose to be fun! However, if you only have a low down payment, even lower credit scores, then it can be a nightmare.E.F can approve anyone and even reports to the credit bureaus so you can build your FICO and upgrade. I had a Mercedes with 4 fried computers from a car wash, and cost $12-$16k in repairs not to long ago. Allstate wouldn’t cover them, so I gave the car back and destroyed my credit. After 5 dealers said No I found out “Buy here Pay here” lots were the only option. Almost every lot off Main st will approve anyone, and the cars are only 5-10 yrs old, but the inventories are never “up to date.” Then you see 90-130k miles, then every car is a compact import or low end mid size domestic, on top of that after taxes and fees you pay 25% interest a mo. and 125-150% of the value a FSBO on Craigslist with a nicer lower mileage version sells his for. Best case you walk out with a 2012 Kia Elantra for $500 down and $360-$400 payment. That’s a big payment for something about to break down and you don’t like.

As a first time buyer I was kicked out every where it seems like. But here I Called ahead and put in application online. When I was off work on Saturday I went down there they showed me 4 different Cars that fit in my budget and all of them were 2013 or newer. Drove off the lot with a 2014 Dodge Avenger, this place is awesome.

Purchased a 2013 Kia Optima form here and I couldn’t be more grateful. They worked with credit and previous repo. Quick process was only there for about an hour. I already recommended 2 ppl here. Awesome place

Don't buy a car from here this place is a dump they sell lemons been having problems with my Chrysler 200 2013 since day one a year later still having problems I think it's time to sue. Don't come here or you will buy a lemon

Well let me start off by saying I was very skeptical Because I've heard that bad credit OK repo OK the same stuff from 3 previous dealer's I visited before coming across this great place cause guess what I have 2 repossessions One was a voluntary repossession because I lost my job I thought that it didn't count as a repossession if you gave the car back voluntarily but it does other one car kept breaking down all the time Ryan took care of me though I was in and out in a little over an hour he said he was sorry about the wait but when you leave Equity First you are 100% APPROVED unlike the first dealer I Dealt with was hint(COMMERCIAL WITH CARTOON CACTUS)they said I was approve and I put $1400 down come to find out 2 weeks later they call me up to come back in store they said that I just had to sign a papers that we missed when doing the deal upon arrival I park they blocked the car in with two other cars and demanded that I give keys back to the car or they going call the police and they did the police said it was civil and nothing that they could do that I would have to take them to court to try and get my down payment back that they kept told me it was for wear and tear on the vehicle long story short I had to take the bus with my 6 month old child with car seat and 2 trash bag that the dealer was so nice to give me after they robbed me of my $1400 So all I can say EQUITY 1st Is honest stand up Reputable company and I would tell all my friends if they were in need of a vehicle stop there first and dont was your time or money going to any other small dealer THANK YOU GUYS

Just easy to buy a car. Did the online application and a day later had a car. Simple process even though my situation is tough. Glad I called them.

Scored a nice vehicle with low payments!

For one I got charged for GPS and they have permanently closed before even installing it. I didn't want it in the 1st place. Don't get me wrong but $600? Is a lot of money. Not to. Mention the car originally sold to me had a failing transmission they transferred it over my payment went from 252. 350 so yeah oh and they always charge for tint. But I remember a few years ago was only $500 and now. It's like $1000 the cars already have tint on them. So that's kind of Scandalous scrupulous I don't know either way the salesman was cool though.

We were given such a big run around by Ryan. Told we would be in and out in under an hour after having told him the day before which car we were coming for. The next day, nothing had been done. No diagnostics checks or anything. We sat there waiting to sign papers for HOURS. And then they “couldn’t release the car” to us because the AC was broken. Never let us do a walk around of the car. Never got to look inside. Closest we got was on the other side of a fence. Finally, 3 full days later, they DELIVER the car to us, FILTHY, BROKEN AC, ALIGNMENT COMPLETELY OFF, and with a SMASHED WINDSHIELD. We brought the car back 2 days later because they told us they could fix it all, and then proceeded to tell us that THEY WOULDNT BE ABLE TO FIX IT. We got a refund on our deposit. Literally the worst sales/customer service experience of my life.

So I honestly just got a car with this place an they told me that they change oil on the car before they sell it. (Didn't get an oil changed checked it twice) they reset it. This is what I get for being pushed over. Please dont get a car from these people. They're liars and dont give two damns. Say they're gonna do something and don't. If you want YOURSELF or significant other stranded this is the place to go also, worst mechanics ever I have had my car for two months and nothing but problems. I tried returning my car within the 15 days and the 500 miles they wouldn't take it kept GRANTING THEY WOULD FIX IT IVE DONE OVER 300$ IN WORK MYSELF AND THE CAR STILL HAS ISSUESS THEY RACKED UP MY 500 MILES AN STILL HAVENT RESOLVED THE ISSUE. They said the oil had to be ran through more then once before it changes back...

WORST service I Ever expierienced . I have had issues since Day 1, tried to return car but was told repeatedly I wouldn’t get my refund for the down payment I had made . Walked in to get my car serviced this week and upon leaving I observed my temporary tags were not only removed but was cut across the bottom Insinuating they were stolen or just fell out while in motion. I was never informed, instead they let me leave without knowing putting me at risk of being pulled over and possibly ticketed .
