For example I was interested in a vehicle but didn't want leather seats, so he offered to take the cloth seats out of his personal vehicle and switch them. I've been looking for a cherry first gen Dodge Cummins for over a year and I was fortunate enough to connect with Mel last year through Bring A Trailer when we were both watching and commenting on the same auction. Mel finds the finest low mileage rust free trucks, addresses any deferred maintenance and performs a cosmetic restoration including a high quality glass out respray.

Likewise if you're into his other speciality--high quality 4Runners and Landcruisers before they became overly complicated and prone to expensive and frequent maintenance.
