I'm not one that rents cars very often but it being a special occasion i chose the Exotic department. I've never been so impressed with the quality of service and the cars! One person in particular that helped me was Cody, he had a smile on his face from the second I came in the door and found the perfect rental for me! I would recommend this place to anyone but as well for them to specifically ask for him!!

Wonderful service by Christina and Bonita! They go above and beyond to fix any issue and make sure everything is taken care! They go the extra mile and same does the team to make sure your rental experience is perfect! I will be rent more often from exotic car collection!

ZERO STARS. Frustrating experience which resulted in no rental for us. Kiki dropped the ball. Never called us back...twice. Voicemail box full so could take no messages. Will go to Scottsdale exotic from now on.

I went through the enterprise exotic website and requested info for Phoenix and San Diego on 2 specific cars on specific dates. I never got an email or call from anyone. So much for first class customer service.

I have called the customer service number more than 10 times over the last two weeks (Feb & March 2022). Never an answer and message machine is "full" so I can not leave a message.

Zero stars - avoid at all costs because they will take advantage of you. We are still struggling to avoid extra costs that they continue to add to bill. Their internal and external communication is terrible. Never using enterprise again
