Tradehome Shoes

I've walked by tradehome shoes many times and decided I would take a peek while my wife was shopping at another store. They have a great selection of some of the best shoes and styles. I also saw they had a house brand rival and they really looked good. The store was super clean and laid out very nicely. As I came in I was greeted by Nick and holly cow he is a fantastic person and employee. We walked around and talked while I looked at the great selection. If you're looking for a new pair of running shoes hey dudes and many of the other great shoes I highly recommended giving them a try. They also have a machine to check your feet to see what insoles and shoes best fit you.

I walked in at least 3 other shoe stores before Tradehome Shoes, but none of them came close to the experience I had here. I didn’t get his name, but the employee working today 5/1/24 was SO helpful. He was the first one to be helpful to me all day. I generally knew what I was looking for (a running shoe), but he helped me narrow it down, explaining which styles in which brands would suit my needs. He was overall knowledgeable and very friendly. He even let me know another store in the mall that would also have what I was looking for if I wasn’t finding it with him.
10/10 recommend and would return.

Beth was AMAZING! She helped me and my gf find great walking shoes and comfortable slides as well as the best shoe inserts I’ve ever had. She is very knowledgeable!!! Best customer service experience. I rarely leave reviews but this experience deserved it. If you visit this store ask for Beth. You will not be disappointed.

I've never had such a lovely experience shopping for shoes before! I typically hate shopping, shoe shopping in particular. I come from a background of high-end sales retail, and thus, my standards for service are rather high. The store manager here took excellent care of me, recommended great selections, and made the experience quite pleasurable! I came in for one or two pairs of shoes and left with four and some excellent sock suggestions too! She listened to my needs, recommended the right products, and treated me with respect for my individual preferences the entire time. I was very impressed, and will definitely be returning for more when I need more shoes!

Adrianna?? Did an excellent job. She was more than happy to bring out multiple shoes, multiple sizes, and a range of prices. My son tried on 4 different pairs in 2 different sizes. She didn't mind going back and forth until he was completely satisfied. Thank you so much for the time.

Where do I start… I made my way around St. Louis looking for a specific pair of New Balance 574 classics to try on before purchasing as well as a pair of Hokas to run in…nobody had either of the shoe in my size to try on… after making my way around the entire mall and about to give up I stumbled across Trade Home shoes and saw BOTH pairs of shoes I had been looking for in the display window… I stopped in and was greeted by Cory… I told him what I was looking for and he immediately grabbed them in my size from the back … Cory was very friendly and professional… he had a passion for what he does and clearly cares about giving a customer the best customer service they can ask for…he answered all my (several) questions and made some suggestions that helped with my purchase decision … the other employees in the store were super friendly and helpful to not only me but all the other customers in the store… hands down the best buying experience I’ve ever had in any store in the mall… This will be the first place I return when I need another pair of shoes… 10 out of 5 stars… If you want a good easy buying experience for some running shoes start your day here! I returned to the store and was helped by the manager Adrianna … once again amazing customer service … she helped me find a shoe for running that fit me even better …. This place is incredible!

I went to this store today looking for a good supportive shoe. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a girl with pink hair. Idk her name but she made my experience amazing. She told
Me diffrent shoes to help with support since I broke my ankle last year. She sat on the ground, measured my feet, and helped me put the shoes on. She was amazing!!!

I finally got tired of cheeping out on my shoes. I've had two pairs of boots break in less than a month, and I owned both for less than six months. I went here and found a pair of Spanish leather boots that look and feel like they will last forever. Bob Dylan has been stuck in my head ever since. The lady working that day was also super helpful and nice. The store was fairly busy yet she found time to go above and beyond for everyone.

I rarely post any kind of reviews on anything but these people deserve one. I worked with Makayla who told me more about my feet, after steeping on some machine, than I've ever known. She then recommended some insoles and 4 or 5 pairs of shoes based of what I was looking for and what my feet needed. I will admit the total price much more than I was looking to spend, but it was 100% worth it. I walked almost 19,000 steps or about 9 miles yesterday and by the end of the day my feet still felt great.

I was TradeHome shoes week ago this past Sunday, and Adrianna was awesome to work with. I love the OC tennis sneakers, we both were joking about being in the OC club can't get enough of these shoes the comfort of them. Adrianna, was so helpful and such a sweetheart, she gave me so many choices and suggestions, she ordered a shoe for me since the store didn't have my size. She even helped me with inserts for my shoes since i was having arch issue pain. This is my store from now on for sneakers. Thank you Adrianna. I loved your can do attitude and you worked it helping multiple customers. I will see you soon. God Bless!

They have a great selection of stylish, comfy, and sporty options. Walked in with an idea of what I wanted. Adrianna helped me with that and more. She brought out additional options when there wasn’t my size, cleaned my shoes for me and just made the entire experience so nice and comfortable. Truly a full service shoe store

This store is amazing with such an exceptional staff!!! I needed orthopedic shoes and they had the variety I was looking for. A guy with red hair helped me and I loved him! And his manager with the black hair was absolutely wonderful too! I had such a great experience that I also picked up a pair of Birkenstocks just to support this awesome new store!

walked in knowing sort of what i wanted, walked out with exactly what i needed. the girl working was super nice and polite and helped me find just what i needed. she was super attentive and spent extra time with us to make sure we were totally satisfied. would highly recommend this store to others.

Absolutely amazing staff!!! My husband and I did the foot scan and we bought the insoles and I will never ever go back to regular soled shoes. This place is amazing!!!
