Primis Bank and ATM

Chad was excellent! I’ve had an account at this branch since I was in high school and it was still EVB. I needed advice on how to handle a large deposit from an inheritance. Chad was knowledgeable and helpful when advising me of my options. He quickly and efficiently provided me with a cashiers check and opened a CD. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. When it comes to local, small town banks, Primis has no competition.

I just want to say I always have great experiences with Sonabank in New Kent. Barbara and the rest of the team has always treated me with high quality and the best respect! They are very knowledgeable and very well driven with their work. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone. They are sufficient and have good customer service!

The branch manager provided excellent customer service. He was great at keeping us updated. The program thru which we got our HELOC saved us lots of money.

I have delt with the same branch bank in Mechanicsville for over 12 years. They used to be really good back in the day but lately they give me the feeling that they could care less about the customer and only about their polices and very weak chain of command.
