Josh at the Verizon in New Kent was an unexpected pleasure to work with. I’m not tech savvy and he was patient and professional in helping with all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend him if anyone needs assistance with Verizon.

Jenall Roane recently assisted me with a problem involving my Jetpack. She could not have been more patient, professional, and knowledgeable. She sincerely dedicated herself to resolving my problem and worked through the problem in a methodical and extremely professional manner, keeping me informed each step of the way. She made me feel that the problem was just as important to her as it was to me and she remained tenacious in finding a fix, which she did. She is a dedicated, "hands on" store manager who not only manages the store but also carries more than her share of the customer workload. This Verizon authorized dealer is extremely fortunate to have a person of her caliber at the helm.

Wonderful customer service and the people here are truly wonderful! Kayla In particular was truly amazing ! She helped me over my fear of upgrading from the iPhone 8 to the iPhone 13 , and then explained all the details of the promotion I was receiving to keep my anxiety at bay ! Would recommend kayla and this store location to anyone looking in the area !!!
