Kahuku Medical Center

I realized that my son has chronic sinusitis when his nose remained clogged after playing in the waves for 3 hours. We were on vacation, and he was miserable. We booked a doctor's appointment back home in Bay Area, and then I thought "Why watch my son suffer for a week days, when we can see a doctor in Hawaii?"" Perfect rainy day activity. This was the closest clinic.

We were in and out of that emergency room in less than 45 minutes. Doctor was really nice, took his time, asked all the right questions, and gave us the correct meds. We got the prescription filled in a pharmacy across the street. Kid was feeling within a day, vacation saved!
This was a much more pleasant experience than any emergency room visit back home.
My insurance only covered 1/2 the cost, and we got the bill three weeks later.

I had a knee replacement last year,
and was recommended to kahuku hospitals PT.
Lindsey was my therapist.
She was amazing.
She taught me how to bend my knee again.
It was a tough road, but she stuck with me and gave me words of encouragement.
I'm very grateful for all they do.

This review is for the Kahuku Medical Center in Haleiwa. I was not feeling well and called first thing after they opened. They scheduled me for just after lunch. I arrived early to do my paperwork while they were closed for lunch. Donna, the NP who saw me was very nice and examined me and got the meds needed called into Long’s Drug Store immediately after the visit.

Highly recommended!

Short and sweet: 1st time ever to be in physical therapy. Never thought physical therapy was needed, just no clue what they do/what’s it for. Had knee surgery. Been there 4 times today. I don’t have any reason to lie or exaggerate BUT WHEN I TELL U THESE PEOPLE AT THIS LOCATION ARE THE BESTESTEST!!! I AINT LYING!!!! My knee is like 99.9999% healed in just 4 visits!!!! I had 3 different ladies do my therapy and I’ve learned so much from all 3 AND my knee is 99.999999% recovered....y’all don’t hear me tho....when I say I have no reason to lie or exaggerate because I AIN’T getting paid to review them SO WHEN I SAY BESTESTEST-I MEAN IT!!!!! (mic drop-walks away perfectly with my healed knee🤣♥)

They have the best Oreo snack service daily!unfortunately COVID-19 restrictions limited many community amenities; and they seriously need to make toast properly, and get some better brewed coffee, but the eggswere fine! as were the Ernest efforts of the therapists and nurses aides. Overall it’s a fine recuperative facility: way way out in the N.Shore!

Had an emergency with my daughter having an allergic reaction to something while vacationing at Turtle Bay. The doctors and staff were amazing as they treated my daughter with such compassion and care in the middle of the night. Mahalo

This is definitely a five star clinic Dr. Wise and staff wise they make you feel comfortable and at home and safe in their hands I definitely would work for all of my family and friends to this Coco clinic I wish I would've known about it sooner

Taking care of my mother as I'm away in the mainland. She is in great hands. Staff is incredible. Care dignity and compassion.
