The beach sand is very fine and soft, walking on the beach barefooted is like walking on fluffy clouds.

By far the BEST BEACH EVER! The water is crystal clear turquoise, the waves get big and beautiful. The environment is so clean and calm. Perfect little hideaway break from the world.

Beautiful beach park with what looks like a decent camping area. Definitely worth checking out! The view of the mountain as the backdrop for the park is stunning too!

Great place for an afternoon of volleyball, cooking out and nice swim in the ocean.

You can set up your tent, fire up your grill and play all day.

One of my favorite back parks for picnicking after picking up pulehu ribs from Papa Ole.

This is my first visit here and I gotta say it is so serene and peaceful. The scenery is epic with its beautiful blues in the ocean to its pristine shine on the sand. And yes it can get crowded depending on the season. But like any other beach on Oahu it all depends on the spot you choose and the company that you surround yourself with. Mahalo ke akua.

🌿 We stopped here to have lunch after a hike. 💙 The beach is beautiful. Lots of places for swimming. My kids enjoyed running up and down the hill. Well kept. Highly recomment. We were there during the weekday so it wasn't as crowded as the weekends.

Pristine, quiet, not crowded. So much peace and just the sound of the ocean. It even has a bathroom which was quite clean and had toilet paper. Very lovely little stop on our drive to the North Shore.

Growing up on this white sandy beach gives me lots of fun memories of body surfing or just exercising.

My favorite beach with kids. Safe little pool to swim in on far south side.

After trying multiple beaches near the NorthShore, my young family fell in love with this beach. Perfect for young families willing to take care of themselves. All this mean, is there are no food trucks or rental equipment. Bring your own. Great sand beach and break, huge trees help with shade, grassy area if you want to picnic, and not busy at all. Would and will return.

At this time of summer the weather is warm overcast drizzily low-tide 83 degrees @ Kakela's - great for squidding along the northeast coastline, warm calm surf, lots of churping under the branches. There are well maintained restrooms on either side of the beach including shower nearby 🐟 🐚 🐦🌸

Beautiful and uncrowded. Good size parking lot. Shallow beaches with fun-sized waves for the kids.

Located in Hauula.
It's probably one of the most chill beaches around the north shore. No vendors, no touristy vibe either.

Has a shower nearby, plenty of parking space and is close to a lot of food truck and restaurants in Hauula.

I grew up on this beach so can't go wrong here. There are showers and bathroom facilities. On one side is alligator pond and the other end is pounders. On the other side of the rock of course. One of the many beautiful beaches oh Hawai'i nei.

Soooo beautifulll + quiet (not many ppl).
Couldnt swim here cuz there was no shower. But beautiful and peaceful.
