Glad to express how I feel about attending Illumina Medical Center...it is a total pleasure, I even look forward to my appointments.....
Everyone from the receptionist, to my dear Dr Rahman and other physicians are all wonderful. Most of all the care an attention I receive is unique, Highly recommended!!! Thank you guys, the love and care is felt.

I see doctors frequently and have never received better treatment than what i get at the Aventura location. The staff treat me so special and Dr Moscowitz and Dr Martinez are incredible.

My experiences at this office have been terrible. It is almost impossible to get a referral. My last request for a referral was not given, because the doctor felt I did not need to go to a specialist.
He was my primary care doctor and not the Urologist, which I had been seeing for 10 years.
I did not have this problem with previous doctors at this facility, who no longer practice there. In addition, I was prescribed medication that would make an
existing condition worse. I was advised by another doctor to throw the medication away.

My family and I have been attending this medical center for about a year now. I have got to say, it is by far the worse medical center I have ever attended. The whole staff is extremely rude and don’t care about you or your health at all. You literally have to beg them for an appointment. And when they do give you an appointment, it’s tele-health and they NEVER actually call. You have to call them over and over to go straight to voicemail, then after your 20th attempt they’ll pick up only to give you an attitude and tell you they’ve been too busy so they’ll reschedule you for later. When the staff comes on the phone they can’t even say hello first. I had to literally tell the phone operator that the reason for my call was HEALTH RELATED and not because I felt like saying hello to doctor in order for her to try to connect me to the center after her 5th attempt calling and not getting an answer. I remember I got blood work done once and the nurse told me to make an appointment at the front to get my blood work results and when I went to the front the lady refused to give me an appointment stating that I was already there, it took me having to explain that the nurse asked me to make a follow up appointment for my blood work for this appointment lady to actually want to give me an appointment. Overall they’re a mess and can’t handle the number of clientele they have. I have already told my whole family to please find another doctor whom we won’t have to beg.

I am only leaving one star because the doctor there is nice. But the office is a NIGHTMARE! I never leave any negative reviews anywhere, but this place is special. First, to even reach anyone is almost impossible: no one answers or the calls go straight to a voicemail. When you leave a voicemail - no one gives you a call back. When someone answers - most of the time they are rude and they have no idea what a customer service is! The office employees speak like they are forced to work there for $3 an hour and never worked with humans before.
I have never come across such negligence, unprofessionalism, laziness, lack of attention and lack of tact EVER in any type of service before. They literally hang up on you when you ask for a supervisor, they lie that the doctor is on vacation or he had an emergency if they forgot to do what they were supposed to do. When they tell you they will call you or email you information- they never will and you will have to call them over and over again. But guess what? When you call them - you go straight to voicemail or no one picks up!
My favourite was last time I called: We will call you some time next week! For my question when exactly because I need a medical paperwork for my school soon. The answer was: I don’t know! It has been taking me forever to get my health issue resolved simply because of them! It is stressful to deal with these unprofessional individuals and I will no longer call them again. It feels like you have been pranked for months! STAY AWAY from this office!

I never leave any reviews anywhere I go outside of a restaurant but this is just plain ridiculous!! Aside from the extremely long wait times in the waiting area (45 minutes to an hour or more), I am dealing with the rescheduling problems. The latest being where my appointment was set for September 25th and they had to change it to December 21st on the day of my appointment!! WHO DOES THAT??!! Now the latest being...we have to reschedule your appointment on December 21st to February 4th. AGAIN..... WHO DOES THAT??!! Never mind the needed blood work and any other primary care responsibilities they take care of that I may need, I was advised during the scheduling on September 25th, to go to an urgent care if I needed to see a doctor until December. WHO DOES THAT??!! I pray I never need to go to an Urgent Care and if I do, they STILL TELL YOU TO FOLLOW UP WITH YOUR PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR!! This can't be real right about now. I only gave 1 star as I couldn't post my review unless I did so.

Do not go to this doctors office if you care about your well-being. There is a “medical assistant” by the name of GENESIS RODRIGUEZ that has caused my health to decline after months and months of neglect and NOT replying to emails or calls. I needed an authorization form for my prescription and she did nothing about it, causing me health issues and depression. She is unprofessional, unreliable, untrustworthy and not a good person in general. There is a reason as to why every review of this place for the past year is negative/1-star, and that reason is GENESIS RODRIGUEZ! Stay away from this nightmarish place, and even more, STAY AWAY FROM GENESIS RODRIGUEZ!!!

This is absolutely the WORST doctor's office I have ever experienced. Carrie who answers the phone and works at the front desk is BEYOND RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. She puts you on hold forever, speaks abruptly and then transfers you to an extension where NO ONE ANSWERS! Then the mailbox is full and the phone disconnects! IT IS LIKE A 3RD WORLD COUNTRY OFFICE! The lounge where YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOREVER, is disgusting! I made the mistake of taking my Mother there on a visit to Miami. It came referred~ Perhaps I misunderstood the referral!

Its one of those “if i can give 0 starts i would” review. A medical office where they never have appointments available, front desk is SUPER RUDE and they don't answer the phone. Been trying to see my PCP Robert Jaeger since October 2020 and still “nothing available.”

I been a patience for almost 2 years and this place is terrible. First of all they never have available appointments, if you call today for an appointment they will give you one for like in two months, doesn't matter if you are sick or literally dying. Today I went for blood work and after an hour waiting they told me they were not going to do any blood work because there was no appointment, when literally last week I spoke to their receptionist and they told me to go today for blood work! THEY DONT CARE TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ANOTHER DOCTOR BECAUSE DR. ANDRADE AND HER ASSISTANT AND THIS FACILITY ARE THE WORST. I wish I could give no star, they don't deserve not even one star. WORST PLACE EVER.

AWFUL doctors office! Terrible service. Feels like a 3rd world country! Shame on Dr Andrade to not run a better office. Carrie is RUDE who answers the phone. My husband will not be returning!

My mother needs her prescriptions. She calls several times and nobody answer. They are so irresponsible and do not respect their patients

Terrible service, this doctor office needs to be shut down, I’ve been trying to get my lab results for over a month now and I’ve calling them over and over but no on picks up the phone. Please if you’re reading this don’t go here save your time.

I would never go to this office ever again worst service you could ever receive, they never pick up their calls and when they do they hang up before you can even say anything.

Hope they do something with the long waits to appointments and get more agents to answer the phone.
