I had to take a minute to write a review about the office manager- Crystal. I came in with a last minute, urgent matter that if it wasn’t for Crystal I wouldn’t be able to have it resolved and would’ve lost a lot of money as well. Crystal took an extra step for me and made sure my issue was resolved promptly. I’m coming from the medical field and I can say that people like Crystal are hard to come by!! Thank you so much Crystal!!

After leaving for a few years because I wasn’t happy, I returned yesterday and was very pleasantly surprised. My whole experience was nice. I liked Dr Novelo. Crystal the manager was very helpful. The phlebotomist was amazing and I hardly felt her. The staff was friendly and I did not wait very long. Lastly, Veronica from the plantation office helped me so much to facilitate that this appointment would go so smoothly.

It works like a super power if you want it to..!

I have been with Cano Health for over a year as a patient. I will tell you that if you want a team of dedicated doctors and AMAZING STAFF including the nurses and everyone who works behind the scenes to help you at a doctors office, then look no further. Very Friendly and accommodating!!!

Even though I am experiencing life struggles and hardships I decided to use a POSITIVE MENTAL attitude and just like my Mother always taught me, YOU CATCH MORE BEES WITH HONEY.. (That means be extra NICE TO EVERYONE especially if you need help ). That also means to CONTINUE being nice even if you don't get exactly what you want because at one point, when we are nice, we will get what we need..!
My mother always told me that no matter what I am feeling especially if I feel angry or frustrated that I should always SMILE and NEVER take it out on others because when we smile the universe smiles back at us. I used your advice mom and it works!! I love you Mom ❤

We all have something going on in our life that might make us bitter or angry and or downright resentful. These are negative emotions and they will always blur what is really going on in our lives.

SMILE and remember that even though we are all going through something in our lives, things will get better faster if we SMILE..
Be good to yourself, but be even better to others where ever you go!

I have been visiting this office for many years. Everything suits for me. The workers are polite and know their job. Never wait more than 5 minutes after the appointment time. Thank you for your job.

Amazing professional workers there. Never wait more than 5 minutes after the appointment time. You can get the appointment day in 5-7 days after your call, not like in another offices you have to wait about a month .

Cano health aventura is amazing. Dr Vargas is truly the best. Won’t ever see any other doctor besides him.

So clean, nice customer services, so professional. Thanks now on my regular doctor.

I have been with Doctor's Medical Center since 2003. Many People have gone from this Company. Even the Company Name is a Change. D/B/S Cano Medical Center. Not a very good means of Medical Coverage.

this office is an absolute time & money pit. each & every visit the employees are sweet, but the doctors are not thorough what so ever. I have to miss work, wait an hour, just to see a doctor for 3 minutes, and with no help. dr. vargas discontinued a medication I've been on for years, went on vacation, and now I have to go in ONCE AGAIN. mind you I go at least once a month. the doctors are jaded and don't care for their patients what so ever. I had severe impetigo all over my face and the female doctor didn't even think to refer me to a dermatologist. complete lack of empathy and understanding for the patient. I'm honestly in shock.

Referrals take forever. Never answer the phones. The patient has to remind them up until the day of the appointment -if you are lucky and they answer your call. The front office staff is SLOW, you wait and wait unless you remind them again and again that you are there waiting! You also will wait LONG for somebody to actually answer the phone...really bad

Pésimo servicio las personas encargadas no tienen ni idea de servicio al CLIENTE. El trato no solo para mi si no a viarios pacientes les atendió muy mal que triste que pareciera un servicio de caridad ..
