Ultimate Sports Institute - USI Weston (Gym)

I started coming to this Gym in May of 2022. Easy to get to, plenty of parking the machines are always clean and operational. I can always do my workout in one way or the other either through free weights or machines and they also have plenty of cardio machines. The staff has always been polite, pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly.

My wife and I have been going here for over 4 years. Facilities are clean and staff are super friendly and welcoming. We both utilize personal training and absolutely love going. There is a wide variety of equipment and other patrons are extremely courteous to one another. I have been a member at other gyms like LA fitness or different wellness centers which have issues with over crowding and weights in disarray or machines out of order but have never had those issues here. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to workout at all skill levels and walks of life.

Hands down, best choice I've made training at USI. I have tried a few different gyms in the area (some closer to work in Pines like LA Fitness and YMCA) over the last 15 years. I prefer USI for the people friendly environment, wide variety of workout options and energy of the gym.

I tend to go the same time/routine and see the same people. Over time, I have some great conversations with both the staff and other clients.

Fantastic range and variety of equipment for cardio, stretching and strength workouts.

Appreciate the owners and their efforts to help us all give when we can. From collecting hurricane relief goods to Thanksgiving food drives and my favorite, a Fitness Challenge to honor first responders and in remembrance of Sept 11, 2001 attacks.

USI has a great team of knowledgeable and friendly professionals who really do make you feel like part of a family. Training with them has not only helped put me in the best shape of my life, but build relationships with some really great people. The gym itself has everything you need to have a a creative and fun workout without running into issues of overcrowding and judgment!

USI is more than just a fitness facility. I have been a member for over 10 years. The owners and staff are very helpful and nice as well as the members. I workout at least 5 times a week and recurrently seeing the same smiling faces, this place has become my second home and family.

I love the new location of USI! The staff is always welcoming and the gym is very clean. They seem especially concerned for client safety. Well organized layout and very spacious for those using the personal training area. Would highly recommend!

I seldom post online reviews unless I really like something or hate something. In the case of Ultimate Sports, I love it! I have been a member here for almost 15 years and have never once had a single thing to complain about. I love the facilities, the staff and consider a lot of other members as my friends.

I am reading some of the negative reviews here and I'm left scratching my head on whether we are talking about the same place. There was even one reviewer who compared the bathrooms to an African train station. Wait, what? It's a bloody bathroom and it's like every other bathroom I've been to in America. It's very clean, there are toilets and sinks and things.

Which leads me to believe that some people are immature or unnecessarily nasty, hiding behind the anonymity of the internet to post nonsense.

If you're on the fence about whether to join USI, do it. It's a great gym with great people. I joined 15 years ago when I was fat and ugly. Now I am just ugly

My husband and I have been members for a few years. The staff is super friendly and the equipment is always taken care of. The people that come to this gym are very nice and take their health seriously... and to top it off the owner of the gym is always smiling from ear to ear. She runs an excellent gym!
We moved to Deerfield at the beginning of the year and we still arrange our schedules to come to this gym we like it so much. We don't want to leave our trainer and love the accountability. We have found a system that works!

I have been a member here for over 13 years. This gym is first class and family 100%. Every single thing they do is done right. From the staff, to the trainers, to the owners, to the members, literally the best of the best. Any changes made are made with members best interests in mind and nothing is taken lightly. I have never seen a gym, or any business for that matter, that cares so much about their clients.

Always striving to have the newest things available while accommodating the needs of everyone, especially during these crazy times. They listen to their members and communicate honestly and professionally.

USI went above and beyond to prepare the gym for reopening with everybody’s safety their biggest concern during these Covid times. USI has a genuine interest in facilitating all of its members ability to exercise and be healthy and happy. It truly is a home away from home.

Best place for any athlete to focus on specific characteristics that they’d like to improve. The facility is clean beyond belief and is always kept that way, and the energy in the building is even cleaner! Always a great day of working out at this gym. ITS SO GOOD...that I drive from Hollywood every day to be there! that should tell people the membership is VERY much worth it! Thank You USI!

After being a member of multiple corporate gyms (LA Fitness, 24 hrs, etc) I found USI which it seemed to offer that family and friendly environment and they delivered 100% and they still do after being a member for a couple of years.

The environment is intended to always push yourself to your limits through support. I like the fact that if you have a routine you will always see familiar faces and that makes your workouts even better as there is no stranger vibes going on (That’s what my wife says).

Through COVID they focused on the safety of the members and staff. There were all kinds of protocols in place, but never became overwhelming. The perfect words would be seamless experience.

Front desk, administrative and owners have done a fantastic job at creating a nice environment. Thank you USI!

I recently needed to find a new gym in the Weston area. USI has everything you need for a serious workout. The owner has gone out of her way to make sure I feel at home and the transition was easy. The gym is clean and the machines are fixed quickly. The most important aspect is the friendly staff and clients who make you feel right at home. It's a place you actually look forward to going to.

I have been a member of USI for 12 years and wouldn’t consider any other fitness center in the area (I’ve been to all of them!). I originally joined for the expert level of personal training, as their qualifications (via certifications and degrees) far exceed those of most and can accommodate clients with sports and chronic overuse injuries. My husband and both children have trained there as well from elementary through high school. The facility has every type of cutting edge equipment imaginable, along with enough cardio equipment where there’s rarely ever a wait. USI has always been impeccably clean but now more than ever they are going above and beyond any recommended measures to keep their members and employees safe. This is paramount to me and my family. Finally, I’d like to say that when you are a member there you ARE family!

This is a great gym in our opinion. My husband and I joined recently, after a 1+ of a break we finally made a commitment again. We have been members of several gyms (Golds Gym Miami Lakes, Metamorphosis Pembroke Pines, YouFit Pembroke Pines and Davie, YMCA Pembroke Pines, etc.) and this time we did not go back to any one of them. We toured every place including Midtown Authletic (which quite honestly did not impress us at all), and we chose USI. Part of it was the atmosphere, people who come to work out (versus chat), friendly and accommodating staff, etc. I had my friend, who is a professional competitor in fitness shows and a trainer, come with us and she loved it. The machines are very good quality, great for getting any work out you want, some of the machines you will simply not find in other gyms. So if your goal is to get in shape, this is the right place! My favorite gym was Golds in Miami Lakes, I am getting similar feeling with USI, and hope it stays this way...

We’ve been members at this gym on and off over the years and our experience has always been great. This is a real gym! You go, workout and get out. Their membership pricing is very affordable. I highly recommend.

My daughter has been training with Rafael for the last 3 weeks. She is a competitive Volleyball player and fractured her back in July. She completed her PT and the doctor recommended Sport Therapy to prevent her from getting injured again. Rafael is amazing! He is so knowledgeable and you can tell he genuinely cares about my daughter's progress. My daughter said she loves going to USI and every time she leaves her session with Rafael, that she feels very strong and accomplished.

Easily one of the best gyms I’ve trained at. I’ve been training here for years, with no thoughts of switching to another gym. Everyone from the staff, trainers, and fellow gym go-ers is super nice and it makes me feel comfortable training

After further review of the 1 star I gave; I can no longer hold that position. This gym deserves over FIVE stars!! As a former member of the YMCA (Weston), Midtown Athletic Club, 24 Hour Fitness (Plantations), LA Fitness (Sunrise & Plantation), I can undoubtedly say Ultimate Sports Weston is the best gym in town. Best weightlifting equipment, best cardio equipment, and best athletic equipment! I work out at 4:30PM weekdays and in the mornings on weekends, and the gym is NOT packed; it is only packed with beautiful women and serious lifters. You will be inspired to keep coming back to train! The owners (Sheinbergs and Bush) are great people too! You'll regret not to join!

Best gym in the area, very clean and the staff is extremely nice. Is the only gym I´ve been where the owners are there most of the time and they really care about their clients. Also is very affordable and the personal training is the best they actually make sure you reach your goals!!!!
