They know you by name, they're always there to guide you when you're lost in class (which happens a lot), they know exactly how (and when) to push you and motivate you when you're underperforming. They go beyond the class and share nutrition tips and off-gym routines for you to improve your overall wellness, all of that while building a community of people by setting up activities outside the gym like fitness challenges or straight out parties and get togethers for the whole group to share in a different environment.

Despite a rocky start where she almost fainted on her first day, we’ve grown stronger together, both physically and mentally. Thanks to the unparalleled dedication and expertise of Miguel, Rolo, Hebert, Vale, Ori, and Dani, every session feels like coming home. This incredible team has fostered a warm, welcoming community that feels more like a family. Their guidance has been instrumental in my achievements, including completing four Spartan races, with one being a grueling 10KM. This accomplishment would have been unimaginable before joining F45.

This journey has also revolutionized my relationship with food and wellness, proving that change is possible with the right support. I'm on vacation from Canada where I'm a member of an F45 gym. I thought nothing would ever compare to my gym and my coaches back home, but after visiting and doing a full week at F45 North Weston I have to say they definitely surpassed my expectations. Great ambiance, awesome, funny and committed coaches and community. I found a home away from home. I will absolutely go back anytime I'm in Florida. Loved every minute of it. I went on vacation to Florida and because I was so focused on continuing to workout and also inspired by the commitment I saw in my sister and brother-in-law to attend daily to F45 North Weston, I decided to enroll for 1 week. What an amazing week! By far the best environment I have experienced in a gym.
The owners are always present, the coaches are awesome… super nice, funny and very professional. They sure know how to make you feel at home.
The 45 minute class goes by quickly and I love that it gave me a constant challenge. Back home, I usually do boxing 3 times a week. Upon returning home, my boxing coach asked me in shock what I did or take that had increased my performance and agility so much. I definitely wish to be able to return to F45 North Weston soon!

Never thought working out could be this fun and effective! I’ve lost weight and gain friends and muscles! The atmosphere here will get you hyped up for max effort. The coaches will guide you and push you forward. Only 45 minutes!

It took me a long time to find a place that made me feel like I want to exercise everyday . F45 North Weston has an incredible team that made feel like gym is an extension of my home. I go 6 times a week happily knowing that they will be there . I love so much that I enrolled my teens and we call “ Mommy and me for teens “ 🤣. The gym is always extremely clean and the crew has always a smile to offer . They are always worried about our well being during the section and always encourage us to do our best !! They are incredible !! I recommend !! Even my teens love it !!

Have been living in weston for a while and tried many gyms but nothing seemed to work. After doing F45 for a month I can confidently say that this is one of the best gyms in weston with the best trainers that help you while exercising. The trainers are loving and welcoming, and treat you like family. There is no need to feel unwelcome in such a home environment like F45. They offer many different schedules in many different exercises for what you may feel comfortable with. I’m looking forward to spending more time with this company and hoping others can too.

I started F45 in North Weston a few months ago, already thinking that trying to work out again was going to be a flop... Oh was I wrong, I met two of the most amazing friends I have, each trainer has earned a place in my heart. They are inspiring, wonderful, fun, funny and extremely kind and professional individuals. They made me feel at home and at ease. Working out is now a part of my life that, for years, I tried to love and now, I cant wait to wake up every day and go to F45 and have fun. They adapt each exercise to what you need even though its a group workout. Music is always bomb! They make me feel like I am part of something, a family!

Having trained at F45 in Houston, I can confidently say that F45 North Weston is fantastic. The trainers are top-notch, and the overall experience is excellent.

If you’re looking for a challenging workout routine this is it! And the best part is that it’s only 45 minutes. They have classes all throughout the day so you can go whenever it’s convenient for YOU. Miguel & Dani are awesome and will always push you and motivate you. The trainers are great as well as the ambiance. Love it!

I absolutely love this gym. The coaches are the most amazing I’ve ever had! They are very attentive, professional and are always finding new ways to motivate you. They create a great atmosphere in the place and make us all feel like a happy family. I would definitely recommend this place. Best gym ever!

I recently moved to Fort Lauderdale, and I still want to commit to my workouts at F45 in Weston. Yes, I am sure you can get cheaper workouts elsewhere and closer to home (no doubt about that). But the quality of the trainers is what makes this place great. They push you to become better, lift heavier, challenge yourself and increase your confidence. The music is AWESOME, the owners Dani and Miguel make it a point to make you feel welcomed.

Cleanliness is a huge plus. I do not think you can recreate this atmosphere anywhere else. I think its the atmosphere + trainers + workouts that make this place such a unique gym.

F45 Weston is amazing! I have never found a gym as welcoming, kind, and encouraging as this one. The coaches are amazing people who create a wonderful atmosphere, which is felt throughout the gym. The workouts are challenging and the coaches are great about assisting you and tailoring your experience to your fitness level.

Joining F45 was probably one of the best decisions I made. The staff is extremely nice and friendly and they are always helping you and encouraging you to try your hardest. They also have multiple time slots a day which is good because that way there are many options for people with tighter schedules. The exercises are also great. It is a quick 45 minute workout, but don't let that fool you because you will be burning so many calories. If you are looking for a gym around weston F45 is the where you want to be!!!
