Copper Lotus Café & Bistro

Rise and Shine! This Cafe is a great place to grab breakfast. Both my wife and I enjoyed the rise and shine breakfast which includes 2 eggs, toast and choice of sausage or bacon. I had the bacon option, my wife had the sausage. The breakfast was great. They toasted the bread on the griddle for us which was excellent. I know it's breakfast but they got everything right and I love to support and encourage small businesses.
Next time we are in the area for lunch we will give them a try.

My first visit to the cafe today and, wow, I was definitely impressed. I got a breakfast burrito and a latte. The food was phenomenal and made fresh in front of you, not tossed in a microwave. The coffee was delicious. Espresso shots pulled perfectly and the milk steamed to just the right temp and not scorched. The staff were super chill and friendly. They absolutely know what they are doing. 10/10 would recommend.

An absolute gem! Stopped by for quick lunch. Friendly staff and quick service. The Philly cheesesteak was amazing. One of the best I’ve had in a long time.

Stopped in to the Copper Lotus right off the highway, it is located inside a medical building. We were warmly greeted, ordered espresso drinks and breakfast sandwiches and had great conversation as she prepared our order. The coffee has depth of flavor, the sandwiches are made to order, hearty and toasted...not to mention she is a veteran's wife, which is my pleasure to support instead of a corporation!

Wow. What a hidden gem. I just went there and had an egg and cheese croissant. I think that was the best croissant I've ever had! It was so buttery, flakey and crispy. It was delicious! I'm definitely going back. My mom went there yesterday and fell in love with their bagels so she took me today. I'm so glad she did! Now I want to try the cheese steak!

Best coffee (cappuccino) in Palm Coast. Outstanding breakfast burrito. Clean and well designed seating area. Owner is pleasant, accommodating, and knows how to run a restaurant.

In my travels from Palm Beach county, I always try to scout out good breakfast and lunch places. Well I found this gem and am so glad I did. Located on the 2nd floor of the Town Center Medical building it was right off the elevator. As I was running toward later in the day, I ordered the Litus Wrap on the recommendation of the pleasant girl at the register, who assisted me in making suggestions. Excellent choice. Freshly made and delivered to my table in the front room, served with a bag of chips or popcorn, I was very impressed. The food was excellent. The combination of chicken and veggies hit the palate perfectly. I am definitely coming back during my stay to try the breakfast bagel. A job well done, girls. I will be back!

This place is AMAZING! I’ve never had anything that wasn’t excellent. Took my son this morning and he had the peppermint mocha. It was so good that even I drank some & I don’t drink coffee! This place is extremely well decorated & always spotless! Go! Eat! Be merry!

Best coffee in town, just got new espresso machine. Coffee for the espresso is sourced from a local brewery, Kookaburra coffee. Food is made fresh on the griddle.

Edit: Just wanted to add that the owner is incredibly friendly. This is a great hidden place. Finally a coffee place to bring people out of town to.

Walked in and immediately felt like this is exactly what I needed to make my day better! Staff was extremely knowledgeable/helpful and friendly. Coffee was perfect. Food was superb. When they weren’t helping customers, they were cleaning something. Everything was spotless. 100% chance I’ll be returning.

First time I visited, walked in and had exceptional hospitality right away, tried the breakfast burrito, it was incredible!! It was undoubtedly the best breakfast burrito and chocolate/almond iced coffee ever! Must try this place, you won't be disappointed, so glad my son and I decided to try, thanks Copper Lotus Café!!

Super delicious food with a clean & cozy atmosphere. A must try! Especially the Blaze coffee drink!
Side note: the owner is also VERY friendly and professional, which makes for an all around wonderful place!

Everything tasted great and the lady there (I think she’s the manager or owner) was very friendly and hard-working! Especially for being the only worker there at the time while taking care of a few of us.

This is a hidden gem inside the hospital! We had a girl's lunch and brought our own balloon arch.
