I am pleased to report that the service at this Wendy's location was exceptional, with attentive staff members who provided efficient and friendly service. Furthermore, the food served was notably fresh and served hot, enhancing the overall dining experience.

went there to the drive-through , Ordered Pretzel Baconator . after we got home they were just regular Baconator. I know I specifically ordered the Pretzel... Burgers and bacon were overcooked .. I usually love Wendy's but this wasn't a good experience 😕

We stopped off while on a road trip to stretch our legs and get something to eat. We did not expect such a lovely experience. First clean rest rooms and then being helped by Gabe at the counter who was very kind and sweet. We also met David who not only got us some napkins but also rescued my forgotten delicious Frosty. And they were all wearing the cutest T-shirt. Kudos to whoever runs this Wendy’s.

We don't eat a lot of fast food restaurants, but this particular restaurant has the freshest food I've had in a while. We were still talking about how good our double stacks were.

I was very happily surprised. They got my order 100% accurate(which rarely happens), and it was super hot and fresh. Love this store.

Wendy's is always a solid, inexpensive choice. This location always has hot, fresh food and the kids love the frosty options and the coffees!

The young man who took our order was very pleasant. The restaurant was very clean.

Stopped for breakfast on our way back from OBX. Super quick and tasty. Always love the bacon, egg and swiss croissant with potatoes wedges. Honestly my favorite fast food breakfast is Wendy's.

All of the employees were very nice and helpful even brought my food out to the dining room. I was eating and my daughter wanted some more drink one of the employees offered to help her get more drink.

Very good experience here. We stopped while traveling. Our meals were bagged separately and all correct. Sauces were there and correct. Service was QUICK.

Despite being clearly short staffed, the staff was exceptionally patient and helpful-- Both the young woman operating the drive thru mic and the young man who was tasked with pushing orders out of the window AND running items outside. The wait was long, but the staff more than made up for it. I'd recommend the staff at 5 stars and the management to some lesser degree for overworking some exceptional young workers.

Great! However doesn't substitute fries for chili, like other Wendy's

Just a Dave’s double. I had my own drink. Burger, bun, fixings all seemed fresh and done just right.

Reliable Wendy's. All the other fast food places were closed because of a snow storm and snowy roads...but Wendy's had their sign on and shining bright. It was like the light at the end of the tunnel. Only one other car in the drive thru. Service was great. They didn't complain about all the condiments I asked for. Food hit the spot! Thanks for showing up to work, even under the inclement weather circumstances, and being the only shining light!

The best 3 junior bacon cheeseburgers I’ve had at any Wendy’s. The bacon was crispy, the cheese melted and everything else was fresh. The people who worked there were friendly and deserve credit for a job well done.

This is the best Wendy's I've been to. They always have my order ready and still hot. I go here atleast four or five times a month. They can be a little busy at times but like i said they are good.

I went in to get my order & the food was hot & fresh. My order was correct. The counter help was efficient & professional.

We did wait in the drive for a little bit and they didn't have unsweet but....... The food was amazing the fries were fresh and hot and they didn't overload the salt on them and the chicken sandwiches were hot and fresh. Also the crew was fast and friendly when we got to the window

I was in their drive through when my car suddenly broke down and I lost all power, it was freezing and snowing and I couldn’t even get my hazard lights to come on. I had my 2 younger brothers with me so I sent them inside to get warm and eat as well as inform the staff when it became apparent my car wasn’t moving anytime soon. A few of the staff had come out to try and help me and one woman in particular, Rosa, was just an absolute God send with how kind she was. She was trying to figure out what was wrong and offered to jump my car(though sadly I didn’t have my cables on me) and when I mentioned my brothers she offered to go check on them for me while I stayed outside to warn any customers to go around me. She was even so kind as to give me a free coffee, which I enjoyed thoroughly because the snow had drenched my clothes and I felt like a freeze pop. Thankfully a kind gentleman showed me how to force my car into neutral and I was able to move my car somewhere less in the way while I waited for a tow truck, but I was just so touched by how kind Rosa had been. I had been dreading the situation the second my car suddenly stopped and I couldn’t get it back on, but the staff had been so understanding and helpful that I quickly felt much less stressed and I was very thankful to be inside where it was warm and friendly.
