I would like to thank the staff from tropic roofing for exceptional work. Back when Irma hit; my roof was never the same. A year later and I was shocked to find so much deterioration my roof had suffered. Leaks seem to pop up from everywhere. I tried a couple quick fixes thanks to youtube but finally could not keep up with it. When I was finally out of options I decided to start getting some quotes. It must have been around 8 quotes from various companies until I finally found one that was both affordable and guaranteed there work. The owner really takes care of his clients and was happy to answer the million and one questions I was asking. From start to finish I was impressed by the level of efficiency of the work being performed. I'm happy to report I will be starting a brand new year with a new roof over my head. Thank you, Merry Christmas and a happy new year to the whole tropic roofing team.

HONESTY- the key to a great business. II contact Chris due to a roof leak in a rental property. Once he did his review he contacted me to tell me the problem was not the roof but an AC pipes in the attic that was causing the leaks. He was honest and professional. He explained the issue and advise me to contact the AC tech. Due to his honesty I will definitely call him in the future for any roof issues and refer Tropic Roofing Inc.

Tropic Roofing did an absolutely amazing jobreplacing and repairing my roofs. My roof sustained severe damage from hurricane Irma three years ago. My flat roof over my family room was ripped right down to the rafters and my main roof had several damaged and missing shingles. When I contacted Chris for a written estimate, he was very punctual, curteous, knowledgeable and professional. His prices were very reasonable and the workmanship was nothing short of excellent. It took about a month for them to get all of the permits, but as soon as they had them, they started right away. I was especially impressed with how well they dried everything in while we were waiting for the inspection so we wouldn't have to deal with any more leaks. Unfortunately, we had alot more damaged wood than could have ever been expected. Chris and his amazing crew stepped up and replaced all of it, including the gable ends at a very fair price. I am very impressed with the quality of workmanship they demonstrated. My family room now has a pitch on it and soon we'll be able to use ut again. I love that we were able to pick the color of our shingles, a definite added bonus. Overall, I would highly recommend Tropic Roofing. Their prices and value are excellent and the quality of their workmanship is even better. If you care about the roof that is literally over your head, then you should definately use Tropic Roofing. I am so thankful that we did.
