Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

From start to finish Robert was amazing. Saved us hundreds of dollars by thinking out of the box and not having to cut through our waterline for our outdoor hoses to work. He was awesome and friendly.

Had a slow draining tub in new construction home but didn't address the issue until after the warranty period was over. Roto-Rooter sent technician Dennis out and he arrived within 90 minutes of my call. I appreciate the free estimate and after we came to an agreement on terms I authorized the work. He discovered that the builder had left the test plug in the drain. He worked for about ten minutes and was able to eventually remove the plug. Dennis was highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Based on this first experience with Roto-Rooter, I am giving them my highest recommendation. Thank you for fixing this problem!

Kitchen sink wasn’t draining called Stephenson came fixed the problem in short time. He was very friendly and professional. The best part is that I had some to count on a Saturday afternoon when you are not sure whether you will be available to use your kitchen for the rest of the weekend.

My water heater was still functioning, but I had corroding pipes attached to it, which was concerning. I called Roto Rooter for an inspection and they had someone dispatched the very next day, which was a Sunday and on New Year’s Eve. The plumbing technician, Malcolm, that came by to inspect my water heater notified me that he can come earlier than my initial window, which was appreciated. When he saw my water heater, he immediately told me the water heater needed to be replaced. I decided to purchase the water heater and parts separately but Malcolm came with me to purchase them to ensure I got everything that was needed. He worked diligently and ultimately did a phenomenal job. His work was meticulous and efficient. I was initially shocked by the flat fee cost for labor alone, but after seeing the work he did, I felt it was worth the peace of mind for a job well done.

Rafael was amazing. So kind and helpful. Stayed to fix our plumbing issue from 10 pm til 12 in the morning! I couldn’t ask for a better service or technician!! Super grateful

Just another day in paradise until….there was an inch or so of water on the bathroom floor. We were advised to call Roto Rooter. To our surprise a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man arrived within 45 minutes! He assessed the problem and explained the two possible scenarios this could take, priced the two jobs and my husband and I crossed our fingers that the easier solution would do the trick—and it did!
