I've been a patient (epilepsy) of Dr. Zaret at this office for about 12 years now. I have had nothing but good experiences here. The doctor is absolutely amazing, caring and intelligent (have seen most of the doctors on staff and have liked all- which is a miracle). I've never once waited more than 10 minutes and am usually in the office with the doctor in front of me in that time period for the most part. (never been to another dr.'s office that was this swift) Appointments are easy to make, staff is friendly and I'm grateful to have had this doctor/group for as long as I have.

I was diagnosed 15 years ago with Multiple Sclerosis, i am suppose to have an MRI each year or at least every few years. I am so claustrophobic so i avoid it as long as possible.
This was the best and easiest experience i have ever had, Susie kept me very calm along with some Ativan. She broke up the brain and cervical MRis so I could take a break in between, i needed with and without congrats so it is a 1 1/2 hour test. It was done in 4 increments which helped my anxiety a lot.
Thanks foe helping me get through this and i will request her every time for now on.

I waited over an hour for my MRI. During the procedure (MRI with and without contrast), the tech was unaccommodating (e.g., would not turn up music, was tacit and cold). The tech tried to start my IV without gloves and my head immobilized. When I mentioned I was uncomfortable with this procedure, she just continued onward. When I requested the tech use a new pediatric needle fresh out of a package, she dismissed my protests and stuck me with an adult needle unexpectedly saying, "I already opened up the package." When the tech injected the contrast agent, it burned painfully, which was unusual. I protested, "Wow this really burns." Nevertheless, she did not discontinue the injection. I came home and developed excruciating vein pain along my right arm all the way up to the side of my neck. This pain was so bad I went to my PCP who diagnosed me with phlebitis, which is an inflammation of the vein due to faulty IV injection.

Worst MRI experience of my life!

I would like to save you all time, and suggest against Sunrise Medical.
To be blunt and straightforward, I was denied seeing the Doctor for my MRI results since I had a balance for my initial consultation of $300, to which was NEVER told to me prior to the day I showed up for my results appointment. My health matters, and unfortunately, I feel undervalued as a HUMAN BEING at this office. They put a $300 payment in front of a patient's right to see their doctor. It has been a grueling 2 weeks waiting to go over my results and when I was turned away, I cried in my car. It was so sad that I wasn't able to speak with a professional about a potential health risk that I'd been waiting on for 2 weeks.
I called my primary care doctor, where I have always felt cared about, and they said not to worry and they will request my results and contact me once they arrive.
If you have an elderly family member I suggest seeking another office, otherwise they will without a doubt have them broke before their follow up appointments.
In my opinion, this is an office that cares about one thing. Money. Not you. Remember that when you walk in to your appointment. Apparently, there is a price tag on your life.

horrible manners from the reception's desk all the way towards the doctors. i have been proven to have multiple sclerosis on multiple occasions and have been called a liar to my face by the 'professionals' and criticized for a disease that has robbed me of my ability to walk.

they ruined my reputation with SS Disability Services, deleted my files illegally when i refused to take injections that landed me in the hospital for months (you cannot get rid of patient information until 7 years have passed... they got rid of years of information in a single moment), and have even slammed the phone on me multiple times in the middle of my sentences when i was simply calling to see if they received my referral.

i have never had a worse experience in my life from a 'professional' center. Avoid at all cost unless you want to feel disrespected/humiliated every time you go.

Had an MRI here back in March. I got a bill for over $400 for the MRI & $300 bill for seeing Dr Azaret. I called and set up a payment plan to pay both. I paid off the Dr bill but was still paying on the MRI bill & almost paid in full. Come to find out that they turned it over to collections and got a call today from the bill collectors. Not only that but the last payment I sent last month, they received and deposited but didn’t credit it to my account. Sent the bill collector proof of check with SMG’s deposit stamp on back and they are still denying they got payment saying it’s wrong account number on the check when that’s the same account number that’s been written on EVERY check they’ve received from me that they accepted. Unbelievable! They are crooks and liars and I will never step foot in their office again.

Terrible office staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Azaret for years but have been in remisson for 4 years. Office tells me that now I'm considered a new patient and can't get an appt. for almost a month. Im a Cluster Headache patient and cant wait that long. The staff was only worried about insurance and not the patient. Ill find a new doctor. Funny thing is that the doctor once told me to just call if the condition returns and I would be seen right away. I guess the office staff runs the show not the doctors.

My primary doctor's office referral department made an appointment with this office over a month ago and I was given a Friday appointment which is my only days off. I received a call from a Tonya in this office which as most of the reviews say was very rude! She advised me that the doctor I was due to see didn't accept my insurance and my appointment was being canceled and I would need to reschedule with another Doctor but she didn't do Friday appointments. I requested to speak to the office Manager whom is never there. I've called 4 times and have yet to speak to the office manager. Why take someone's insurance information and schedule the appointment then call the day before and cancel it. Wouldn't it be wise to know what doctors accept what insurance when scheduling the appointment SMH SENSELESS! Praying my primary finds me a different facility.

The staff unprofessional, so is the Dr and technican .
I called to see a neurologist who specializes in MG .
The technican was racist and talked badly about ppl from the Caribbean.
I tried to get my matter resolved all the way at the top of this organization without success. Hours of emails to their office mgr ,Director, ethics department without success.

In my opinion Sunrise Medical Group staff from the top to the bottom have no regards for the ppl who they see in their line of business

The facility does not care about its patients. In other places I have been to, the staff calls me regarding an emergency. It also makes sure to schedule appointments really close to each other. This place made the large gap between the appointments. If something bad was to happen to the patient during the wait time, they won't care.

Very quick to take your money on the first visit, but don't expect any results or follow up's! they are way to busy to actually discuss your condition.
It's just way to easy I guess to take your money, and get you out the door!!
very poor.

Very expensive.. Lots of billing errors.. Staff does not respond to calls
They do wrong billing and no one wants to take responsibility to answer patients queries.. Office says something different, their accounting gives different information and billing agency sends threatening emails.
Worst Experience..

Terrible place. Came today for two tests. Took an hour and a half before being seen for one of them. Now three hours in and still waiting to be seen for the second.
