Best buying experience ever! I started with a phone call to Teresa. She answered even though she was on vacation in Europe. She arranged for us to see the condominium the next day. She really knows the area and condo market. All questions were answered in a very timely manner. We met with her a few days later and submitted an offer which was accepted. Teresa guided us through the build process and gave us some tips and tricks for making the most out of our budget (especially when we weren’t receiving any communications from the builder’s team!), which made the build process much smoother. She even helped us work with our builder on the closing logistics while we were out of the country on a trip, which made the closing process so much less stressful. Teresa was assigned to me by Veterans United and I’m glad they did. First, she was very responsive and proactive in finding listings that my wife and I loved. We found a new construction home that we really loved and while viewing it, Teresa pushed to make sure I got all the credits I could from the builder. My wife and I always felt like Teresa was in our corner every step of the way.

The preferred lender for the new construction fell through and without Teresa’s recommendation of another lender, I wouldn’t be typing this review in my home, where I also welcomed my 2nd little girl into our family. We were struggling to find a good realtor to help us with the house hunting. Had a bad experience with previous realtors, then Teresa showed up :) The experience was different since the first call. When we first met, she gave us really nice brochures with the options we discussed, looked like she did a really extensive research about what we were looking for.

I always say it doesn't matter how good you are at what you do, if you miss the little details, the service wont be good at all. Teresa and her associate really hit every point, every detail we needed and beyond. Went as far as giving us a nice welcome gift after closing.
