Lauren was great. She really knows her stuff. She made it a pleasure to be there. My husband, who has put this off for far too long, took a hearing test which Lauren administered to him. She explained the test, the results and the different types of hearing aids and their functions. All in all she put him at ease with the whole process. Looking forward to seeing her again when his hearing aids come in. Thank you Lauren!!

Best place in SW Florida. Fit me perfectly with new hearing aids and follow up was exceptional. If there is a better hearing aid specialist, I have not found one in the last 20 years.

My husband recently visited Ear-Resistible Hearing for a first time hearing test. What a fantastic office. Kathy and Lauren made us feel welcome and they were so professional. He ordered his first set of aids and we look forward to working with them in the future!

I am not one to actually write a review, but I was so impressed with the professionalism that Lauren represented. Lauren is very knowledgeable, and was able to answer any question I proposed. She was courteous and patient and was able to assist in the set up process. Kathy also assisted in the initial process. She was friendly and accommodating to my schedule. As for the actual product, the hearing aid is great. It’s blissful and I have yet to encounter a problem. 10/10 I recommend.

Great place, from making an appointment to the the reception desk all good, no wait, fast and professional exam and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions..even stupid ones.

My 94 year old dad has been a customer for many years. Lauren Pulsifer has treated him with respect and friendship in addition to taking care of his hearing aids in a most professional manner. Dad is a snowbird and makes sure that he schedules an appointment with Lauren when he is here in Florida. We will probably send his hearing aids to her for service from Pennsylvania because she is the best!

Lauren from Ear-Resistable is fantastic! My mother who is 90 years old has had such difficulty hearing until we came in. She reprogrammed her hearing aids and can hear EVERYTHING!!! Along with being the nicest person❤

Lauren is a very friendly and knowledgeable hearing professional. After testing my hearing and inquiring into my preference as to cost, she recommended I get the Starkey Livio 2000 hearing aids. I can hardly believe how much they have improved my hearing over the last pair of Starkey hearing aids. I want to give a shout out to Lauren Pulsifer at Ear-Resistible Hearing Center in Venice, Florida. I'd been avoiding investing in hearing aids for several years. But when my doctor suggested it was time to get a hearing exam, I went to Ear-Resistible based on the recommendation of a friend, and now I'm glad I did. What started out as something I didn't want to think about, became an investment in my quality of life. Both music and television have become more enjoyable as those high end frequencies are much clearer. Noisy spaces are now easier to navigate. And my hearing aids are really easy to put on and take off.

Lauren made this all as easy as pie. There was never any pressure to buy, but Lauren was there to answer my questions and help me navigate the process. If you need hearing aids, Lauren is a great place to start.

Chad and Susan at Ear-Resistible Hearing Center provided an extremely caring, honest and professional experience. My mother went through the hearing exam and trial period for new hearing aids. Unfortunately, her hearing loss was to a point that the new hearing aids did not show a dramatic improvement so she returned them for a full refund and a no questions asked experience. Ear-Resistible Hearing repaired and serviced her old hearing aids at no charge. After experiencing several other hearing centers over the years, I would highly recommend Ear-Resistible Hearing as a first rate business!

Lauren is very friendly & helpful takes her time to help you. Never am I rushed at ear resistable. Cathy & the other receptionist are very accommodating. If you need to pick up batteries it's that day or next.

The Ear-Resistible hearing aid is the best one my spouse has ever used. It has made a big difference in both of our lives. The Venice Center is the one we go to, the staff there is always accommodating, courteous, and very professional. I highly amend this establishment

My mother-in-law is visiting us in FL from the farther reaches of the Northeast and was having intermittent problems with one of her Phonak hearing aids. It would work fine and then suddenly sound like "someone has a thumb in my ear" [as she said].

We called Phonak, but customer service doesn't take calls - they take numbers and promise to call back in 24-48 hours.

So, I called Ear-Resistable to see if they could make repairs or, at least, determine whether the hearing aid needed to go back to the factory. The receptionist was very pleasant, answered every question and was able to get us in to see a HA specialist in less than 2 hours.

Casey checked out the hearing aid and found it was in proper working order. She asked more questions to see whether the problem could be with the fit. Looking into the ear, Casey saw wax had built up. When the HA moved around in the ear, it was likely hitting the wax and that was muffling the sound.

Casey cleaned out my M-I-L's ears and put a new wax filter in the HA.

So far, everything's working out great! We are very happy with how thorough Casey was, how she took time to answer our questions and send my M-I-L off with good hearing again.

Oh yeah, there was no charge for all this great service.

Casey was very professional and really took time explaining things. I did, however, return the hearing aids after two weeks. It has now been 30 days, and I have not received the promised refund. I will update this review accordingly, once that has happened.
