CVS

I consistently have very positive shopping, vaccination and prescription fill experiences at this CVS. This week especially. A need for clarification in my script order was noticed, resulting in my being unable to get my script in as timely manner as expected. However, my concerns were met & resolved by the helpful, informative, and patient service from staff & pharmacists. I appreciated the texts, as well as three in person contacts. The follow up requested clarification, care, and communication with my medical team assured I got the appropriate dosage,

At the CVS today I experienced wonderful customer service with the person name, Martha and another person named Jay. They were so kind and courteous to me and all of the other customers. The pharmacy staff has always been extremely patient and very polite and considerate to myself and the other customers as I frequent the pharmacy regularly to pick up prescriptions and items for my family members. This CVS is amazingly clean and super organized. Way to go team Venice CVS on the bypass! I also had an employee named Suzanne assist me with redeeming my lost cvs care card, and she was exceptionally amazing and definitely puts her customer’s need as her top priority. Thank you!

Very clean store with abundant sock on most of the items on the shelves. The employees were very nice and helpful also.

The lady that helped me was very kind she was a cashier and I had a gift card that wouldn't work so she was very patient....

Started out unhappy with CVS but change of heart after working with Charles via phone. Our flight was cancelled and dummy me didn't pack enough prescription meds. Went to store gave all our info on Saturday....called on Monday, the girl had no information on us. Called back and Charles was Marvelous, took care of everything we needed. Thank you!

Tom & Ross, the pharmacy, do an excellent job! Both are professional & very pleasant - unlike many pharmacies I've been to. Most of the staff in that department are pleasant as well Tom & Ross are perfect models for other pharmacies to follow. They fill my prescriptions with no problems. But if there is a problem, Tom & Ross take care of things quickly & communicate very well. I'm so glad I moved to this CVS location!

Great customer service especially with the photo section!

This Pharmacy team helped me greatly when I experienced a huge overcharge due to an insurance SNAFU. They were understanding, cooperative and acted swiftly to correct the charges. A busy place with a caring team.

I live here now but always used CVS! This store is my favorite by far! Very nice to everybody, very friendly on the phone even when they’re busy!
